Bottom line is the reception got the flowers and it was addressed to me with my room number and never let me know until the end of the day when my husband called asking for ? This is unacceptable and very disheartening and when I called and spoke with the manager on duty who was extremely rude to me and literally careless. It would have been an amazing experience to get flowers from my loved ones on my bday in a hotel in another state.
