So, first want to start off by saying that Rick saved our entire trip to Fredericksburg. We…read morecontacted him late Thursday night when our original plans fell through. He was super responsive and able to get us in on the upcoming Saturday. The bus itself is really nice, great sound system. Rick and Erica texted us before we arrived to ask if we wanted an array of coffee from the coffee bar on board and we were greeted with our orders. We also had so many snacks and drinks available. One of the greatest things is that this isn't a preselected tour and you can go where you please during the allotted time. They even dropped us in town for dinner at the end of our time. We can't thank them enough and highly recommend using this service in Fredericksburg. Thanks for making our girls trip amazing!

We went to 3 tasting rooms. Some with grapes growing, some not. We really liked 1 of the wineries (Bingham), disliked the first stop (pontotoc) and indifferent to the last stop (Ari's$. Our driver Barry played the piano the whole time we were at Bingham which was cool. Overall it's a solid option at a mid range price for the area.

Josh took us to 4 wineries personalized to our tastes. Your tour is likely going to be nothing like ours. If you want a distillery tour they can do that too. 2) new, clean vehicle. My mom has mobility issues. Getting in and out of a shuttle isn't the easiest. We could relax in this SUV and she had no issues getting out of it. 3) private service. Josh was our photographer, tour guide and even purse holder for the day. He knows a lot about wine! At the end of our tour he brought in all of our wine! We could do things at our own puce. 4) the price was comparable to other services. The price does not include tastings but that is ok. Sometimes you just want a glass or two. Overall, I would highly recommend this service!

The entire process--from booking to drop-off--was smooth, professional, and thoughtful. Because I travel with a service animal, Reserve Tours went out of their way to accommodate us with one of their smaller, private vehicles--a Lincoln Navigator--which made the day even more comfortable and enjoyable. Our driver, Ian, was outstanding. He selected fantastic wineries, shared great local history, and made the experience feel curated and personal. He handled all our check-ins and made sure we were well taken care of at every stop. Highly recommend Reserve Tours for anyone looking for a seamless, elevated Fredericksburg wine experience. The attention to detail, customer care, and quality of service were top-notch.

From…read morestart to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and--most importantly--incredibly fun. The process began with Gary, the owner, who made the initial planning stages a breeze. Communication was top-notch; he was professional and prompt. We especially appreciated Gary's recommendations and local insight regarding which tasting rooms to visit. His suggestions for where to grab a delicious lunch were spot on and truly elevated our entire itinerary. It's rare to find a business owner so hands-on and committed to ensuring your day is perfectly curated. Our driver, Steve, truly made the day. He strikes the perfect balance of being professional yet completely relaxed, which set the exact right tone for our outing. Steve's flexibility was a standout feature of the tour--he was happy to go with the flow and never made us feel rushed. The party bus itself was fantastic. Even with our large group, the vehicle was incredibly spacious and comfortable, allowing us to move between stops in style without ever feeling crowded. It provided the perfect atmosphere to keep the energy high between tastings. Between Gary's expert planning and Steve's laid-back, accommodating nature behind the wheel, Reserve Tours exceeded all our expectations. If you want a stress-free day exploring the best of the Hill Country without checking your watch every five minutes, look no further. We will definitely be booking with Gary and Steve again on our next visit!
