It was a bumpy ride but not a moment past that i knew i was in good hands. Jason Z at the East Freeway location did an exceptional job getting all the ducks in a row. From the start to the end, Jason worked the channels to get me into a New Kabota. I live in Pearland and work crazy hours and Jason kept tabs on the deal as it was being worked out. It seems that Kabota (Ewald) is not competitive from store to store. Customer service is a Standard. And great quality product! I picked up my New unit at EWald Webester store. Joel and the Manager stayed late just for me. Joel and i went over the unit and gave it a thumbs up. any questions our comments i had Joel was on it. At that moment i was his most important customer. Im sure that Ewald sales lots of products . Keep up this type of service couple with great product. And (Mike on the Run ) just might be a leader of the industry someday .

All the paperwork was done in the time it took to complete a phone call. He was upfront about the delivery, but that was all good since we added some goodies. The purchase was in Houston, Ewald arranged the delivery to the Fredricksburg TX store, which is more convenient to our property. Britt & Kaleen 11:11 Ranch

Texas Brand Surfaces is an outstanding company for many reasons. Let me start by saying that they…read moreare responsive and meticulous. I called them often during my project because we hired them for counter tops (12 slabs!!) and an entire home of tile that included 7 bathrooms & 2 kitchens. Their work is perfect and they have a system in place that allows for the client to stay regularly updated. I very much appreciated that fact that the phone was answered promptly by a person who either answered my question or immediately got the right person on the line. This has been my first experience building a custom home and Texas Brand Surfaces exceeded all of my expectations. Thank you!!

As part of our remodel project, Danny and his team did work in five different rooms in our home…read more Unfortunately, very little of the work was acceptable, a significant part had to be torn out and redone, and none of the work was exceptional. We were, and still are, extremely disappointed with Danny and Texas Brand Surfaces' work, which led to their termination. For instance, Danny and his team installed a Nero Marquina marble floor in one bathroom. The tile work was so bad, they tore it out and relaid the tile. The second time was worse than the first so they tore it out again. The third time they laid the tile was worse than the first two times so we terminated their services. The tile was damaged and could not be used so new tile had to be purchased and we hired someone else to install it, who did it correctly the first time. The first time the shower in that bathroom was used, it leaked. All of the tile work in the shower had to be torn out and redone. We then learned that not only was the tile work defective, but it was not properly water proofed. Under no circumstances would I use or recommend Danny and his team
