We had a large oak in our front yard that took a beating from Beryl last year. We had tree company guys knocking at our door quite often saying they could remove the tree, the prices they quoted were very high. I called Tim to come take a look at the tree. Rather than suggest removing it, he said the tree was still healthy but needed to have dead branches and broken limbs removed. One branch had even grown out to the street light and was resting on the arm going out from the pole. Tim's crew not only cleaned up that tree but also took dead limbs and suckers from other oaks and sweet gums making our house look better with more curb appeal. And his price was so reasonable. One of the most beneficial things they do is "open up" the insides of the trees (most of ours are live oaks and water oaks, but we also have a magnolia and crepe myrtle) to help optimize the amount of sunlight that gets to the yard itself. One of the problems in our tract home subdivision (Woodridge Forest, Porter) is that the original landscapers overplanted live oak trees, so as they grow, less and less sunlight gets to the grass: eventually, instead of a lush lawn, you end up with mostly dirt.

It has now been closer to almost two years since our kitchen was completed and I'm still in awe of the results. The choices they have are amazing. Tony is great and helped us pick out the two-tone slim shaker cabinets and quartz countertop. They added much more storage by removing the soffit and raising the cabinet height. The new cabinet inserts make the organization and access so much easier. On the remodeling side of their business, we had them replace our floors and countertops. We also decided to have them replace the cabinets in our powder room which really gave it an upgrade. The workers they use are thoughtful in how they complete the work. Joseph and Tony had great service and communication throughout the whole process. I found H&H Tool after I purchased a Milwaukee drill from Home Depot. I had the drill for about 3…read moremonths and it stopped working. I tried to get Home Depot to help me out but they did not help at all. So I looked on- line and found H&H Tool. They fixed my drill without any problems and did it under warranty. It did not cost me a thing. This happened about 2 years ago and I am still using H&H Tool they never disappoint me. Cannot Recommend Them…read more Had a hot tub installed by Accent Outdoors earlier this year. In July, I contacted our Rep. regarding one of the lights in the hot tub already rusting. Was told that they would get someone out at earliest to fix it. Here we are in November, and still nothing. Have sent multiple requests. Also, during design phase, we decided to have pop up fountains installed, that function every time the pump is running. Wasn't told that because they pop up every time the pump runs, that we could not get a cover for the tub. And also, with any big wind events, the water is blown from the fountains out onto the ground., thus draining the tub. Again asked out Rep a month ago, if we could just cap the fountains off, because they are not worth the trouble. Was informed that they did not know if they could be capped, but would "check and get back to us". Nearly a month later, still no response. If one is picking up an order, you can pick it up here or the showroom as opposed to having the order delivered. It isn't very glamorous inside, but it isn't supposed to be--it is a warehouse. The staff here is easy to work with. On the plumbing side, Larry is very knowledgeable of all the various components and is quite friendly. Mike is also easy to work with and is helpful. On the hardware side, Shelly is an absolute guru. She seems to know every detail of every piece of hardware down to miscellaneous screws. She is also extremely meticulous in compiling the trim hardware orders. Over decades of business here, I have yet to have even a single screw missing from my orders. They consistently provide quality service and if any issues occur, they work hard and quickly to remedy the situation.
