I tried going to different places to find what I liked since I didn't want to pay the price but ended up coming back to this office to get the frames I wanted. Cons: I feel like I'm at a sales appointment every time I come here. The Dr and the staff are all good sales people. On one hand it's annoying because I feel like stabbing my eyes out after I get the quote... on the other hand, they're charming so that monkey part of my brain gives in and buys the over-priced glasses. It feels likes I'm at a timeshare sales presentation. Everyone is friendly and treats you well... but they want to get as much money out of patients as possible. One time I came in for a regular eye exam and they upgraded my exam to one not covered 100% by my insurance and didn't even tell me they gave me the other "optional" exam. I was upset and it irritates me that you have to make sure you tell them not to include any special treatments without disclosing the price ahead of time. My recommendation to the company is stop going for everyone's wallets. Be transparent with pricing and give customers the choice to have two different quotes; the bells and whistles and the moderate option. I always feel like I've been to a car lot when I visit. I come in for a dependable Hyundai and leave with a damn Bugatti. I don't recommend this office to people because even though I like the glasses I get and the customer service, I feel financially taken advantage of every time. I kept going back because I live in the boonies and there aren't many high-quality options around me. Now that I have the frames I want in stock, I'll just get my lenses updated online instead of doing it through them again. I can't understand how buying one pair of glasses for an average expense of $150 turned into a $600+ expense and I don't even have special needs for my eyes.

Inside they have one of the largest used book/media sections you'll ever see in any thrift store. The stuff that gets donated here is usually better than what you would find at Goodwill, which means you're more likely to come across unique and valuable finds. You'll also find every imaginable knickknack under the sun here for office home and hardware use. In the back room, there's bicycles, electronics, and furniture. The front of the store is given over, almost entirely to clothing and shoes. Still my favorite thrift store to come to in Fredericksburg.

This center has so many great options and very clean. The ladies at the front were friendly and…read morehelpful. They explained all the plans for me and gave me a tour of the vicinity. The options start with a basic plan that includes the machines and heated pool. The price goes up as you add 24 hour access and classes. There is also a family plan for a very reasonable price. The memberships are for a year or you have the option of doing a $15 day pass to try out if you are only briefly in town. The classes looked amazing, and I am definitely interested in their Tai Chi, stretching, and core workout classes. They have all different levels of difficulty from beginner to advanced to meet you at your level. I was impressed with the option for elderly to do a sit and fit and the water classes of all different levels. There is a room with a beautiful view used for certain classes. But when not in use, clients can go in and use this room for stretching and weights. I was impressed with how well maintained everything looked and how organized the areas for specific workouts were arranged. Getting healthy and fit can be such a joy when it's done through places like the Wellness center.

But what caught my eye, was the beautiful selection of blown glass pieces. Mark, was so attentive and patient, as I tried to decide between two pieces. In the end he made me a deal I could not pass up and purchased both of them. Furthermore, Mark gave us some time to finish our walk while he meticulously wrapped and boxed up my purchase for a safe trip back home. I certainly recommend you take some time and visit Mark! Its a flower basket thats a skull or a skull thats also a flower basket. You make the call. The staff was extremely helpful showing us different items in multiple cases.
