They do have good quality meat but, when it get to table is warm food not hot and service is poor it makes everything that all together doesn't not make a good experience also one day I was waiting for table I decided to get couple beers from the bar I paid $20 bill I got two dollars back meaning she charged $18 for 2 coors lite read more

Texas Road House - Dinning room - American Near Me - Racine, Wisconsin

See all

Stopped in tonight and surprisingly got seated right away. Waitress was great. My wife and I shared the 23 ounce Porterhouse and baked sweet potato. We also had a side ceaser salad. Everything was great! The steak came out exactly the way we wanted it. Medium rare. We had them put the cinnamon butter on it. This is the same butter they give you with those amazing warm rolls you get when you're seated. I can't say enough about this Texas Roadhouse. Stop in for a great steak. They are open for business. read more

If you want good food ,that you definitely have to go to Texas roadhouse for steak and ribs. Their barbecue sauce is very delicious and that's what makes the rib not just cooking it properly but the sauce as well. Wednesday is the best day to go because they have sirloin steak specials on Wednesdays. Try it out, and enjoy.!!! read more

I would like to compliment our server Giovanni. He was amazing and took great care of our party of 13 women.

I was in the restaurant with my daughter and right when our food came she ended up having a massive seizure. The staff was beyond amazing! The manager came over and had called 911 and the waitress quickly packed up all of the food to go and when I went to hand her my credit card she said the manager had taken care of the bill! The paramedics came and my daughter was stabilized and is well now. I can't say enough how grateful I am for their quick and calm response to a very stressful moment for us and how they took care of everything!! Once she was stable it was so nice to be at home and still enjoy the food!! read more

Good food, good service and clean we were waiting on fairly quickly food came to the table probably.

Food was good. The 21 oz rib eye was underwhelming in size but was tender and juicy. The sautéed mushrooms were unnaturally salty. Ease up on that shit ffs. Despite the loud obnoxious ambience, my meal was actually just good. I would TRH another go. read more

College was my server she was amazing. The food was great It was clean we had a great time read more

I have always gone here for a good steak and a pleasant dining experience.first I have to say, it was extremely busy. We waited for over a half hour to be seated. Were waiting for a table, not a booth and evidently they are hard to come by. Our waiter was rushed, I couldn't understand a word he said he was talking so fast. I ordered thr ribeye which is always so good, but not this time. I decided to send it back, after all its a $22 steak but this was do tough I couldn't chew it. I waited and waired to get the servers attention to send my meal back and it took so long the rest of my party was done eating, I encouraged them to eat so their dinners were not ruined. So he took it off our bill, which is fine, but I had. a cinnamon roll for my dinner. Thats it. A member in our party wanted a box to take home her left overs and we waited a half hour trying to get our servers attention. We spent 2 hours in the place and were sorely disappointed. read more

Texas Road House - Kenny's cooler. - American Near Me - Racine, Wisconsin

The food was good but customer service thumbs down. My girlfriend and I had lunch and after being one of the FIRST people in the restaurant to be seated in our area we were one of the last to be served. The waiter continued to serve our neighbors by checking on them but never said anything to us until it was time for payment. One of the managers happened to come and ask us if everything was okay and when I informed her of what had taken place, her response was to speak to him. Well our respnse is to give them a break for awhile. I refuse to be treated any type of way at any establishment where I'm spending my money, read more

For what they do, it's fine. It's a steak chain, and those are always whatever. The blue lemonade is good. If I liked loaded tots more, I'd come here and get apps. The beef just isn't awesome. I also don't like cinnamon butter. read more

I don't normally eat in here since it's too loud for my taste, but getting takeout is always smooth sailing! I'm greeted right away and the food is always fresh and very tasty. Never had a wrong order or missing item. Very friendly staff also. read more

Very happy with the food. Not cheap but still ok. Will go back to try other meals.Beats the Lone star. read more

Great food!! Briana was our server, we had excellent service the whole time, we never had to ask for a refill. I ordered a ribeye and it came out perfect!! Their salad for a side is always amazing as well! highly recommend. read more

Steaks were both 3 - 4 stars however cactus blossom onion was soggy and cold and I did non get any rolls. VERY DISSAPOINTING

Clean, great service, and great food...what more do you need? I had the Prime Rib, while my fiancé had the Petite Sirloin. Cooked to perfection. A definite return trip! read more

Seated right away ... great. Restaurant was FREEZING!! Luckily my husband had a sweatshirt in the car. I mentioned it, but was just greeted with a smile. This time it was my husband who had a bad experience. Usually it's me. His ribeye was AWFUL. Taste was ok, but the amount of fat on this steak was unbelievable. I'd have to say at least 40% fat. The bacon in his mashed potatoes almost cracked a tooth. We both had the grilled shrimp - WAY WAY over cooked. You could tell that the mashed potatoes were from a microwave. Not sure if we will be back. What happened????? read more

We have been there several times and always had to go back to the car to get a jacket. We were not the only people doing that. The sever was short with us and unfriendly. With a bill of $90.00 I would expect something better. I can see why have a bad rating. read more

Not bad for a fast steak, usually always cooked perfect. The bread and butter is over the top, I could almost sit there and just eat that the rest of the night. read more

We were very tired when we arrived. Our waiter was Donovan....He was Awesome!! He made sure we had everything we needed fast and for my gluten free needs he assured me he would take care of making sure it was done right. I would recommend asking for him as he was friendly and fun to deal with. He made our family feel comfortable and our food was just to our order. What an asset Donovan is to your company. We have been to many Texas roadhouses but this is by far the best service we have ever had. read more

I know it's Texas roadhouse but uggh we were starving and it was close to where we were. Lol. Eaten at these places before and never this bad. My lady's food kept coming out wrong from holding the eggs off her salad to the stilling mooing piece of meat she got. Talk about still bloody. I like rare and even this was beyond what I could handle. My ribs ehhh not the greatest. Still can't touch oh Dennis. The service poor. When you could find the waitress she was beyond slow and a tad out of it. Lol read more

Haven't been here for a few yrs, not since early bird dinner was $6.99 or so . Went there for a friends bday. Web says open @4p.m.. door states 3 pm table was reserved for a handicap person. The a.c. was on( only 60 * outside) it was so cold in that rm with air blowing on us our drink & food order were taken.. Early bird dinner is now $9.49 2 had ordered steak & 2 ordered pork chop dinner. All dinners come with 2 sides. The place was getting busy. I finally asked the server where our meal was. Now waiting 40 minutes or so. When food came it was ok but asked again to turn air down. By now butter wouldn't melt on food. The pork chop was ssssoooo small applesauce with one dinner was about 21/2 tspoon green beans had by 2 were ok. Did mention to server that food was just ok. Never asked what problem was. The bill came & had incorrect prices on it. Told server again that food was cold which we thought had to do with 1. The air blowin on us & others. 2. Was sitting in kitchen area too long. Manager came & spoke at us. Gave us free appetizer card for next time. Have mine away. I will not be going back. The price is way to high for an early bird dinner when regular dinner price is only a little bit higher . Why isn't there a senior price why is the pork chop as big as a regular size handNOT BIG AT ALL.. could buy a package with 2-3 or more chops in it for that high early bird dinner. read more

I went here with my brother. Man this place is not that great. just some average place. I wish Longhorns or Outback would come in to town and actually show 'em it is done for a steakhouse. Our skins that we got for appetizers didn't seem like they even washed the potatoes and were barely filled. so we got some wings, and somehow they managed to screw those up. They cost like 6-7 dollars for half a dozen overcooked wings, and they gave us some or the soupiest ranch and bleu cheese I'd ever seen in my life. The service we got was just so slow too. I saw tons of staff wandering talking to one another but not really being on the ball for it being a slow rainy night. The food was Okay after that, nothing really to write home about, but I'd probably go to applebee's if I needed a steak I'm sure its just as good or better. Too many bad restaurants stay open in Racine, I guess its lack of real choice. read more

I come here from La hoping I would have a good experience in this restaurant, but I dint ,it use to be so much fun here employees use to give a good service they use to wear they pans up on they hips but I saw them with they uniform duty and jeans all the way down ,food is good my server was nice but not what I was expecting,I'll never come back to this place it's out of control ,,,,it just to be a nice guy as a general manager now it seems like that place it's falling a part ,,,,some one safe this place coz i love the food read more

Love this place food is always on point will be back, service is awesome, food is so dam good!!

Surprisingly good. A little less salt would be great but I recently had a terrific ribeye and friend said the prime rib was as good as the Corner House. Sides are wonderful. read more

Stopped in for Prime Rib dinner tonight. Had a great experience. Did the call ahead seating and was seated when we arrived. Our waiter, Ryan, had our drink refills before asking. The prime rib was delicious and the hot buns were great. One of the managers came by and removed our dishes after our salads. The place seems to run like a well oiled machine. read more

For those who downed Texas Roadhouse in Racine, Wi, I have to disagree with you. I went there yesterday with my husband and step-mother. Not one employee did we see just standing around doing nothing. The servers and all employees were very active and busy. Everyone was very polite. People have to remember that when a business is new, employees need time to get their routines down pat. If you expect perfection when a business is new, I suggest to stay home and cook your own meal. The food was excellent, service was great and the staff seems to be off to a great start. Keep up the good work and the people will be lining up to get in. In fact, they already are. read more

Nothing wrong with the server, but all the food was basically inedible. Coke arrived with no syrup in it. Buns were stale and cold. First bite of pulled pork had two bones in it. All of the vegetable sides came out of a can. Fries and mushrooms in particular were swimming in salt. Six dollar side of ribs was small, tough, and fatty. The best thing was the barbecue sauce but it wasn't enough to mask the sub-par quality of the food itself. Overall one of the worst restaurant meals we've ever had. read more

Took my husband there for his birthday. The server was great. The food was horrible. We all had steaks and ribs. Everything was salty even the mushrooms. The ribs were dry and seemed to have been in the oven all day. The medium steaks were pinker than the rare steaks. I will never go there again. The blooming onion and cheese and bacon potatoe skin appetizers were better than any of the good. read more

No cups, no bread, no drinks. How does a restaurant run out of cups? Took us over half an hour to get water and diet coke. Food was mediocre. Wish the manager would have walked around to the tables to see how everything was going. I love this place but after this experience...not even close to a top pick if at all. read more

Ive been to this chain before, was in town and thought we would go there for dinner. Used thier app and called ahead was told it would be 45 moinutes and to show up 15 mins before the time they set. We showed up it eas busy and we were told it would be longer by another half hour waited the waiting room went from packed to a few talked to the hostess and was told it would be a addional half hour. So i call ahead so i dont have to wait , told 45 mins , then another half hour on top of that at arrival waited and then told sorry wait again....... Absolutley poor service with no attempt to accomodate. Thank you for the disservice read more

This place never disappoints. Yes, they do get busy but if waiting is a huge deal then plan around it. The food is always great and drinks stiff! read more

Do not recommend throwing good money away in this place. I went to the restroom after we had ordered and had I went before then, we would have left. No exaggeration, the place was so bad. I have been to facilities without running water and proper plumbing that were in much better condition. The chicken and steak both weren't choice quality, very fatty and chewy. The salad dressings were flavorless, watered down. The wait staff were very unattentive. read more

My mother and I went there for steak -- the steaks were good and the rest of the meal was good. The service was good. Now, will we go there again -- NEVER. The noise in the place was so very bad you couldn't talk to the person sitting across from you. Unbelievable!! There was no way you could enjoy your meal because of all the noise. I think every kid in the place had a birthday - this is definitely not a place where you can go for a relaxing meal. It would have been quieter at Chucky Cheese. Never again!! read more

The food was very good, The place was packed and it took 2 tries to get to right steak. On the other hand the food was very great in favor, I recommend to ribs read more

Some clients, my husband and I decided to enjoy a nice dinner together, and selected Texas Roadhouse because we all had typically had great food and a nice experience at Texas Roadhouse, however, this location . . . NOT so much. The buns were not warm, and you'd swear that they had run out of butter for them, as we got maybe a tablespoon of honey butter for 4 buns. Although we asked for more butter, our second 'helping' of butter was less than a tablespoon. As for our meals . . . My filet was dry, barely lukewarm, and the sauteed mushrooms I was suppose to get were burnt, COLD, and yet slathered in some sort of brown gravy in a bowl, NOT on my steak. My husband's prime rib was cold, and his sauteed mushrooms were also burnt to a crisp. Although I never did get much of a response from my clients, I could tell just by looking at one of their meals (filet medallions), that her meal was dry also, and I think to be nice, she just asked for a box to pack up most of it. Our server (Gabriela) was pretty attentive, although she did forget (twice) to bring a wet rag so I could wipe the terrible stickiness off the front of my booth seat, so I just had to make sure my slacks weren't resting against that area. This was THE WORST experience I've ever had at a Texas Roadhouse, so I'm not sure if the quality is just going down, or if it was just this location. It will definitely be a while before I try another Texas Roadhouse. VERY disappointing! read more
