This was our first visit to this restaurant, even though we live less than 10 minutes from its location. The parking lot is big, so there was no problem finding a place to park. We were seated almost immediately when we arrived at about 11:30 am for lunch. There were 4 in our party. Our server, Jamey, was very pleasant, attentive, and efficient. Once we ordered our food, the wait time was a little longer than we had expected, but it was not bad. My wife had the Vegetable Tempura (a combination of green beans, zucchini, cauliflower, and broccolini with a light tempura batter, served with Wisco white cheddar cheese and ranch dipping sauces) for her meal, and the portion was immense! The dipping sauces were tasty, especially the cheese sauce. Our grandson got the "What's Poppin'?" burger (double Wagyu beef patties, garlic aioli, Jalapeno cream cheese popper dip, applewood smoked bacon, pepper jack cheese, pickled jalapeno, in a pretzel-crusted onion ring). He got the gumbo soup as a side, but said it tasted more like an enchalada soup. His wife got the "Margherita Pizza (The Right Way)" (fresh mozzarella, sliced Roma tomato, hand-torn basil, and extra virgin olive oil). It was a 10" "personal" pizza, although it would easily serve two people. Also very good. I got the Bleu Badger burger (two blackened Wagyu patties, topped with sauteed mushrooms and bleu cheese crumbles). I ordered the Garlic Parm Gun-Powder Fries (tossed in garlic and herbs, black lava salt, and parmesan cheese, served with garlic aioli). It was delicious! Sad to say we were very disappointed. It's been open for a bit and we were hopeful with all the cars we always saw in the parking lot. Unfortunately, that was not the case for this Friday night, fish fry. The cod was very fishy tasting and soggy inside, even dripping!! My husband had the perch and he did not care for the thick breading. The coleslaw was warm, the fries were barely warm - no salt and pepper on table! The highlight of our dinner was Kathy our waitress. She was delightfully friendly and knew her menu! We were at a table for two along the lit half wall. It was fine until a large party came and sat across a makeshift isle. Literally, a man squeezed thru to get to the end of the table his body ended up on our table! Gross! I went there because I was wanting to have a burger for dinner and this place was listed as having the best burger, which I didn't have. This place has a very limited menu. Their burgers are smash burgers, what a terrible thing to do to a burger, and the only way it is cooked is medium well, I like my burger medium at most. I sit at the bar for 5 minutes no bartender but 2 employess at the bar doing paperwork not one of them acknowledged I'm sitting at the bar .. when I get up and leave then one says ..sorry and went for menus .. don't come here this is the second time service at the right side bar has been horrible read more

We recently visited Wildfire Social and had an overall good experience. The service was attentive, friendly, and we never felt overlooked. We started with the wings as an appetizer, and they came out very quickly. While the flavor was good, the meat was a bit chewy. We'd probably give them another try, but they weren't our favorite wings we've had. My daughter loved both the soup that came with her meal and the blackened chicken Alfredo. I ordered the pork shank with mashed potatoes and broccolini. The presentation was impressive, and the portion size was generous. The pork itself was tender and truly fell off the bone. The only downside was that the mashed potatoes were a bit lumpy. Before leaving, we ordered a Neapolitan pizza to take home so we could sample their pizza offerings. My son absolutely loved it, and after taking a bite myself, I thought the crust was excellent. Overall, Wildfire Social offers attentive service, generous portions, and a menu with something for everyone. We look forward to coming back and trying more dishes. read more

Ordered 12oz Margaritas, more like 6oz Is what we received. Would order a beer or glass of wine next time. Had the Korean Sticky Ribs for appetizer and they were very good. Cup a soup, which came with my Shrimp Scampi I ordered, was delivered was cold. When I told the server about the issue, seem confused and asked me I I wanted brought back, which of course I did. I prefer soup that is hot. Shrimp Scampi was very good and generous serving. Wife had Chicken Stack which said Sid was good. Ambiance and service was good, other than the soup, and being as that they are relatively new, I would try Wildfire Social one more time. read more

The hostess was welcoming. We were helped immediately. We just ordered waters to drink. I ordered a salad with apples, candied pecans, and dried cranberries. It was the best salad I have ever had. I visited Wildfire Social for the first time on a Friday. The restaurant recently opened. First, the service was very good; Kelsey was attentive and very kind. The dishes came out of the kitchen a little slower than I would anticipate from this type of restaurant. I went during Happy Hour so I took advantage of a discount on a tap beer and an appetizer (picture added). I wasn't impressed. The vegetable tempura was 90% broccoli with few asparagus and zucchini. Normally you'd have carrots and mushrooms included in most vegetable tempuras. It was also huge and somewhat greasy, and, as depicted, one of the broccoli pieces was too big & more appropriate for The Flintstones, not a tempura plate. Worse, both dips / sauces included were thin and very bland. For my main I got the Bleu Badger smash burger with blue cheese and bacon. This was the highlight of the meal; well cooked, very juicy and flavorful. I wasn't impressed with the gunpowder fries. Again, bland. The parmesan looked like what you can find in a plastic dispenser from the grocery store, while the garlic and pepper was subdued and dusted on unevenly. Nothing special or unique in terms of taste or texture. As to ambiance, the decor was standard for a [sports] bar & grill. It reminded me of early experiences with Applebee's and Chili's but a bit more unique. One noticeable thing was the lack of Wi-Fi. I asked a passing male server who specifically told me he was asking his manager and would get back to me. He never returned. I'm guessing he was told they had no Wi-Fi access for guests and didn't want to comeback with bad news. Overall, it was an ok experience with Kelsey and the burger as the highlights. My final bill was $36 and I tipped Kelsey generously. I don't really see the value, especially compared to $15 Friday Fish Fry's and cheaper beer that I can get at similar establishments. The beer still could have been cheaper for the Happy Hour and the food didn't wow me to consider this either memorable unique food or a great value. This is a new place so I would expect they will evolve. I hope they take constructive feedback. read more

I stopped by here around 2pm last Saturday and it wasn't too busy, maybe four or five tables were seated. The server was nice but other than that this place is lacking so much. It took over 30 mins for our food to come out and all we ordered were smash burgers. The food itself was good and the fries, different but exceptional. The atmosphere is a bunch of stuff thrown together that don't go together. They have sporting pictures up, large statuesque figures with x's as their eyes, blinds were closed although it was just 2pm in the afternoon. Overall I expected much more. read more

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent dining experience at the restaurant, which lasted over 2 hours despite being seated promptly. The service, unfortunately, was slow, with a notable 12-minute wait for server acknowledgment, which seemed inadequate. I couldn't help but wonder if my being alone or my gender contributed to the subpar service. The scotch egg did not meet expectations, lacking condiments like garlic and mustard aioli. Server visits were rare and mainly occurred with the arrival of the ribs. On the other hand, the Korean Sticky ribs were a highlight of the meal, with excellent flavor after a 22-minute wait. Regrettably, the dessert was a letdown and took 23 minutes to arrive. Drink refills were also problematic, with waits of around 11 minutes. A notable disparity was observed with a neighboring group of three men who received prompt service, getting water in 4 minutes and meals in 30 minutes. I received no water at all. I hope the restaurant takes these disparities seriously and works on improving customer experience. read more

Food that I had was mediocre and the half I did not eat I took home. It was a BBQ sandwich and when I ate the left overs I brought home there were bones in the BBQ. Service at the table was good but the reason we ate at a table instead of at the bar was due to poor service/lack of awareness by the bar tender. Waited way too long to get a drink even though there were fewer than 8 people at the bar. The fact that he provided food menus but never came back to see what we wanted prompted the move to a table. The ambiance was that is a want to be sports bar but really lacking any vibe. There also seemed to have more wait staff than patrons so one has to wonder why. read more

My husband and I received terrible service and just okay food! A couple came in after us, sat across from us and ordered, ate and paid before we even got drinks! My husband ordered a prime rib sandwich and got a prime rib dinner that was twice as much. He told the waiter that it was wrong and he just said; well does it taste good? The answer would be no it was dry, but that's not the point- you gave us the wrong order and charged us twice as much. He didn't even attempt to fix it. We decided to try this place after having been to the Summit and seeing if it improved at all. It has not. In fact, to me it's gotten worse. Upon walking in with 3 other couples ahead of us we are overhearing that it's a 'limited menu tonight that consists of burgers, apps, and pizzas.' We reach the hostess stand to find everything the hostess just mentioned is written on a paper ticket facing customers. I thought that was odd considering it wasn't even presentable. We get seated and the music is just blaring like we are in a college bar! The waitress greets us and hands us full menus and we mention we will need a few minutes to decide. That turned into 10+ minutes to the point I got up and went looking for our waitress. The hour we were there she was at our table twice. Never asked us how the food was. Never even refilled my water or a soda. Service was pretty bad. We had their smash burgers which were ok. Don't bother upgrading to their gunpowder fries bc all they are is normal fries with Parmesan cheese and black pepper on them. The vibe of the place is just very random. We are still withholding judgement. We went when they had been open 3 days. I actually thought this would mean food and service would be at their peak. This is not the case. The food was decent but needed improvement to meet the hype. The "sticky" Korean ribs were not. They were ribs with bbq sauce dumped on them. The pizzas were good. The pasta was cold with coagulated cheese on top. The kitchen and waitstaff were not on the same page. Many people were getting the wrong food and it was taking a very long time. The appetizers are very expensive compared to the rest of the menu which is fairly priced. It wasn't quite the vibe I was expecting. It's definitely a not a place you choose for a birthday or an occasion, more of an , "it's Wednesday and I don't feel like cooking". We've decided to give it some time to work out the kinks and try it again. If they don't - they won't last. read more

We tried Wildfire Social after hearing mixed reviews. We will not be back. The service was not good. Our server took our order, brought us our food, and did not come back until he brought us the bill. We were there for almost two hours and only saw him a couple of times. A different server had to refill our drinks. He was not on break and he was not busy as we did see him talking to and serving other people. Our drinks were good, I will say that much, but it was Coke and Dr. Pepper so it's hard to mess that up. The pretzel crusted onion rings were completely flavorless and the onions were not cooked. The gun powder fries were also flavorless and they must have seasoned a while after they came out of the fryer as all of the seasoning had fallen off by the time we got them. We did try the seasoning separately and it still was not good. I ordered chicken tenders and they were dry and rubbery. My boyfriend ordered the Georgia peach cheeseburger and he said it was not good either. Between the bad service and the horrible food, we will not be back. read more
