I'm not sure if this is the norm for this office or if they unexpectedly took way longer with other patients educating them or if they just had an off day. The doctor and office staff seemed nice. I had concerns over wait time mainly...Thankfully, I had no immediate scheduled meetings after! Thank God!

I recently had a surgery through this practice. The nurses and doctors were beyond amazing - I…read morecannot say enough great things about those individuals. However, the business office, surgery counselors and billing department have been less than pleasurable to work with. There were some discrepancies between the billing office and the surgery counselor when I was quoted certain financial amounts. When communicating with them, they became very hostile and demanding, without being understanding and accommodating. After my follow ups are finalized, I will not be recommending them to anyone who might be looking into getting anything done in the future simply because of the interactions I experienced with some of the office staff.

I no longer need to wear glasses while driving & usually only require glasses for reading. I now use Dr Long for my annual exams too! I highly recommend Long Vision Center.
