Nothing has changed except now we are being told that our visit also included an "office visit" and we were each billed about $135. I've called everyone I could think of and written our doctor without receiving any explanation. Apparently, at some point our "wellness visit" became an "office visit" without us being advised that charges were being incurred. I don't mind paying for something but I do want to be able to make that decision myself whether I want the additional services rather than having them surprise me with the bill weeks later. I've reached out to the doctor, office manager, patient relations and anyone else I could think of. I've been told by some of the agents that this is the NUMBER ONE complaint that they get but that the executives just ignore the pleas of the agents so the executives can increase their revenues. How sad is it that this large company that provides services to the elderly are bilking seniors just to increase their profits. I've sought help and can't even get a return phone call from anyone. Surely, I'm not the only one with this horrific experience. My next contact is going to be with the Attorney General's office, Consumer Protection division. Maybe they can help fix this injustice.

My hope with medical treatment and help was at an all time low. That was until I decided to get a consultation with Dr. Andy Lee at TCT in Frisco, Tx. Only within a year of treatment, my quality of life, my mentality, and my physic has been turned around. I've never felt better and I started to see results almost instantly. My energy levels and mood have been improved. I'm a different person at work and everyone notices. I never miss a day at the gym when getting into the gym used to be an obstacle in itself. Dr. Lee bring a unique level of service in which he builds a personal relationship with his patients, instead of making them feel like a number. Constant testing and adjustments ensures that maximum results are always being achieved. Getting that consultation was the best and most important decision I've ever made in my life. I put complete trust into TCT of Frisco, TX and I owe it all to Dr. Andy Lee.

They truly made the experience special. However, the postpartum care was the complete opposite. After we were taken to our room, we were barely checked on. At one point, no one came in for about seven hours, and my husband had to go track someone down. With all the natural emotions running high of postpartum they not being as supportive or as attentive made it feel that much more eerie and depressing. It was frustrating and disappointing, especially during a time when care and support are so important. I really wish the postpartum team had matched the level of care from L&D, because that stage matters just as much! Thank you to the L&D nurses! (Wish I could remember their names!) I still think of how they made me feel during such a vulnerable raw special and emotional moment!

My 79-year-old mother was recently admitted to this hospital with bacterial pneumonia, a serious…read morelung infection that often requires prompt respiratory support, especially in older adults who are at higher risk for complications like reduced lung expansion, mucus buildup, or secondary issues such as atelectasis (partial lung collapse). Despite multiple requests over three days, the staff did not provide her with an incentive spirometer--a simple, standard device widely recommended for pneumonia patients. It encourages slow, deep breathing to help fully inflate the lungs, loosen and clear mucus, prevent further collapse of air sacs, and support faster recovery. Medical sources (including guidelines from places like MedlinePlus, Cleveland Clinic, and respiratory therapy references) commonly advise its use in hospital settings for lung illnesses like pneumonia, particularly to aid breathing and reduce risks in elderly or bedbound patients. I had to escalate the matter to the nurse manager before one was finally provided. Compounding the issue, her assigned nurse was dismissive and somewhat rude during interactions. I recognize that hospitals face high demands, but for an elderly patient with bacterial pneumonia, basic tools like this--along with attentive, respectful care--should be standard and not require persistent family advocacy. This experience fell short of what I'd expect for vulnerable patients. If you're weighing options for yourself or a loved one needing care (especially respiratory issues), I strongly suggest considering other facilities based on what we went through. Prioritizing places with stronger emphasis on timely basics and compassionate nursing can make a real difference. Wishing your loved ones better experiences wherever care is needed.
