She first used lash glue then brushed wig glue on my eyelashes to keep them in place! My lashes looked horrible, I now wish I would have taken a picture of them. It was late at night when she finished and I spent the next 3 hours trying to take them off after she refused to do so as the acetone she was using was burning my eyes. I had no luck and the next morning I called the brow bar and Morgan agreed to come in early to remove the lashes as I was in so much pain. Morgan patiently took 2 hours to save as many of my lashes as she could! I am sincerely thankful for Morgan, she knows her stuff and I got to see pictures of her work, she is TALENTED and God sent! When I'm ready for lashes, I will be going to Morgan "The Lash Loca" Thank you for your big heart, your patience and for your dedication to great service!

The results looked fabulous and the upkeep was minimal. Not wanting to travel back to Austin every time I needed it redone, my girlfriend did the research and referred me to Gigi. After checking out her Instagram page, I saw another process called Powdering and told her I was interested in both but wanted to her opinion on what would be my better option. After my consultation, I finally opted for Powdering. The process was completely painless (not even minor discomfort) and I came away with the best brows I have EVER had!! Gigi constantly measures and rechecks, then measures again and rechecks again, it's just like in carpentry, measure twice and cut once; after it's too late and she makes sure that's not the case. Let me say she is very precise and at each step she gets your input so she can make any adjustments and in the end you will get the outcome YOU desire. Originally I thought that brow lamination and tinting was the best thing since sliced bread, but Powdering completely blows them out of the water!!!! Gigi is a complete professional and explained the whole process as well as the aftercare required for the best results. She booked my followup appt. a month later to check the results after the healing is complete to adjust the color, shape etc. if need be. Gigi offers an array of other services, several of which I will be taking her up on that I had no idea existed! I have no doubt you will be as pleased and excited with any service she provides. So do yourself a favor and book an appt., you won't regret it! I will post pics as soon as she sends me the before and after photos after she sets it up on a side by side view.

Besides microblading, their services also include lipliner and lip tattoos! I submitted an inquiry for a brow correction and received a response within a day. I sent over photos of my current brows (some microblading artists are selective when it comes to corrections/fixing other artists' work) and thankfully, Emily Joy agreed to fix them for me! I put down a 50% deposit and booked an appointment (bookings are only guaranteed with a deposit!). The remaining balance is also charged on the day of the appointment. Medical history is requested along and pre and post-care instructions are provided during booking. They are also sent during the appointment confirmation (about 2-3 days before your appointment) and are also available on their website. Emily Joy had wonderful bedside manner and had a warm, genuine personality and I felt comfortable with her right away! The process of measuring and drawing out my brows took longer in addition to waiting for the topical anesthetic took longer than the actual microblading itself. It's pretty painless for the most part, but once the anesthesia starts to wear off, it feels more like a scratch, if anything at all. She provided a cute post-care tote with Aquaphor, a card with directions on how to take care of your brows, as well as swabs to apply the Aquaphor. I was able to book my touch-up right after we finished our initial session. The studio itself is clean and has the cutest, posh decor. It's shared in an office building with several other businesses and has ample parking. I've constantly received compliments on my brows and every morning, I look at myself in the mirror and think to myself, "I WOKE UP LIKE DIS!" I'm extremely happy with my brows (now) and I'm SO glad that I came to Dollistic!

The brows I was able to get done turned gray right away not even 2 months after I'm stuck trying to cover them up with makeup. Of course this defeats the purpose of why I got them to start off with. If you want to be rescheduled and cancelled constantly she is the person for you. I will choose to spend my money where my time is respected and people are nice. The end result of my eyebrows made me feel so beautiful and confident in myself and cut my time needed for my morning routine in half. I received so many compliments over the next 12 months and the maintenance was simple, I just needed to thread or go over them with a cosmetic razor every 2-3 weeks. A whole year later, I went in to get my yearly touch up. I honestly didn't feel like I really need it because although they faded just a little bit, they still looked great. Although we were told there would be a 15-minute wait, I ended up sitting in the chair for an hour before my pedicure began, as the staff chose to start on my sister's service first. My sister waited about 20 minutes to start, but her experience was just as disappointing; she was left sitting for 25 minutes after her treatment before someone finally came to remove the paraffin wax. My own service was handled just as poorly. The owner started on my nails, but abandoned me mid-service because a new customer walked in and she wanted to take that client instead. I was handed off to another technician who spent the entire time making personal phone calls. To make matters worse, she began filing my nails *after* the shellac had already been applied, which left pieces of polish missing from the tips. When I explained that the service was not properly finished and I did not expect to be there this long, the owner still expected me to pay $70 for the job. My sister's experience was equally bad. She paid $75 for a pedicure performed by an untrained staff member who didn't know how to properly handle the paraffin wax or provide a massage, and the polish on her toes is already separating. Overall, the pricing is not consistent with the quality of service. From the poor cuticle and callus work to the clear priority of chasing new money over finishing existing work, it was an unprofessional experience. I will not be returning. I wish it was a better experience because the people were genuinely nice but I am paying for service after all.

I went in expecting to leave happy and beautiful after the microblading. Unfortunately, my experience with this establishment was an utter nightmare. Cheap is literally cheap, now I know after the going through this travesty. The technician/owner used me as a guinea pig for a new "surgical marker" she claimed to have received in a training.Very long story short, the woman/technician/owner was lost and clueless after the "surgical marker" stained my skin with blue dots along the areas where the microblading was performed. The woman/technician/owner's solution was to leave me alone in her establishment(roughly 10 minutes), so that she could run to the store to purchase something to remove the "surgical marker" The woman/technician/owner returned to the establishment with Acetone nailpolish remover, peroxide water, baby oil and rubbing alcohol. She then proceeded to rub the tender microblading area vigorously with all above products, after 5 hours the "surgical marker" did come off, however my entire brow bone and eye area were already beginning to swell when I left the establishment, and it only got worse overnight into Sunday. I was up all night terrified. I ended up in Urgent Care with my entire left eye almost completely swollen shut and in pain, I was prescribed antibiotics and a steroid to bring the swelling down from the trauma received to such a delicate area of the face. Ultimately, I ended up having to take 3 days off work to heal at home as the swelling was so severe, and the chemical stains from Acetone burn to my eyebrows was also very ugly. I was not met with much compassion after this tramatizing experience from Shebrowzing, clearly this establishment cares very little about the health and wellbeing of its clients, but I will take this as very harsh learning experience : Cheap is Cheap and you get what you pay for.
