Neither of us had a solid idea of what the home was worth so we agreed to split the cost of an appraisal. We found reaa online and saw all the good reviews here on yelp and made the decision to hire them. My first phone call went to voicemail but I was contacted back within the hour by Rob. He set us an appointment with Dale for a time that worked with our schedules. Dale arrived on time and was very pleasant. The appointment did not take long and we had a report in the next few days. Although the value came out much higher than we could afford to offer, we were very happy with the speed and ease of the service. When we decide to buy a home we will definitely call Rob and his team.

He did NOT get the appraisal done in a week --as promised to both the bank and me. We were supposed to close on Dec 13th. The Mortgage Company (who hired him) would not accept his sloppy appraisal and refused to use it. So now our closing has been delayed by 2 weeks while the Mortgage Company scrambles to get another Appraisal done. What a pompous a** this guy is!! Erin Foster Realtor 24 years experience

To start with, I've had all my jewelry (especially some delicate chains and undersized rings) repaired at Leander Jewelry, exclusively, since I found them last spring. They have all the professional resources, tools, and equipment a reputable jeweler should have, including a machine that identifies stone and metal content for accurate valuations. I've noticed that their prices are based primarily on the metal value, with necessary markups for craftmanship and stones. So, prices are always fair, honest and transparent. And I can look up for verification on my phone in real time if I want to check for myself. Best of all, the folks who run the store are so friendly and fun. I love looking through the cases and trying on all the pieces that catch my eye. It's a family run business and they're good to their regulars. I suggest stopping in to check out the inventory for yourself, let them get to know your face, and you just might find yourself a family jeweler for life. PHOTO BELOW P.S. Please forgive the fluffs on the velvet. I probably should dust more, but this is a photo of one of the chains they repaired for me. You'll notice the chain is as thin as a hair so it was only able to be melted together/not re-linked. But they did a great job, as you can see.

I found B & B Diamonds.. saw all the great high reviews and great positive comments. Sent a message and within an hour, I received a response from Alon, made an appointment for Friday. Alon is the best in town, we had the best conversation, felt like I have known him for years! He doesn't pressure you at all, he will give you the best fair reasonable price, HANDS DOWN! I was nervous going to meet him to sell and get rid of my 14k, 18k, 22k, 24k white and yellow gold and some small platinum earrings. If you're looking to sell and get rid of your gold jewelry, don't go to a pawn shop, reach out to Alon! You won't be disappointed! Cause I will for sure since I found more gold jewelry that I don't wear, that is collecting dust.
