We found reaa online and saw all the good reviews here on yelp and made the decision to hire them. My first phone call went to voicemail but I was contacted back within the hour by Rob. He set us an appointment with Dale for a time that worked with our schedules. Dale arrived on time and was very pleasant. The appointment did not take long and we had a report in the next few days. Although the value came out much higher than we could afford to offer, we were very happy with the speed and ease of the service. When we decide to buy a home we will definitely call Rob and his team.

My Leander requested a refund because service were not completed. The cost of the appraisal was $610. I received $10 back from Bob. So now the appraisal was $1210 instead of $610 because of having to hire a second appraiser. Do not use this company.
