Matt came to my house, and just did a couple of measurements, and after a couple of days he gave us a value of the property way lower than one appraisal we did like 3 years ago, and even lower than the city appraisal, which is ridiculous, how is that possible in an area where the housing market surged nearly 40% in the last year??? Obviously this appraiser does not know the market. He compared my property which has more than 2,000 Sq. Ft. of living area with a house with 848 Sq. Ft. which does not make any sense!!! Asking this company for an appraisal is just trashing your money.

He set us an appointment with Dale for a time that worked with our schedules. Dale arrived on time and was very pleasant. The appointment did not take long and we had a report in the next few days. Although the value came out much higher than we could afford to offer, we were very happy with the speed and ease of the service. When we decide to buy a home we will definitely call Rob and his team.

Just for fun I asked the sour faced woman who was looking at the jewelry what grade of diamonds they were and she said oh I don't know that guy will tell you referring to some guy who was loudly talking on the phone. No offer to get him, no offer to help. The only offer was their joke of a offer which literally was below 1% of retail value.
