I know that's a bold statement, but it's the truth. The coaches at 3:16 are top-notch BJJ fighters with a wealth of knowledge. But here's what really sets them apart: they know how to teach. I've known a lot of people who are great at something, but they struggle to transfer that skill to others. That's not the case here. The team at 3:16 teaches through critical, rigorous training, all wrapped in genuine love and compassion. I've watched my boys grow--not just in skill, but in character. They're learning high-level jiu-jitsu, competing at a high level, and becoming better young men in the process. Because of that, at 43 years old, I decided to join 3:16 myself. So this part is for the men. Life, family, and business bring a lot of stress. I've turned to different things over the years to cope, but nothing helped quite like this. The worst part though is that two of the trainers who I trusted were always flirting and one of them did go further. I kept saying no and he kept pushing. NEVER come here if you're a woman. These were people I thought I trusted. They have no sense of professionalism and they will cross the line with women. Needless to say I stopped coming back. It's toxic masculinity at its worst.
