There were so many frustrations and tears that came from every one of my appointments. I'm giving 4 stars because how the owner handled each situation. She gave me a solution each time... that means something to me. She understood each of my frustrations once they were explained thoroughly. I loved my custom gown but I did have to settle for a few things that weren't right. But in the end... it was still a stunning gown. As for the in house seamstress. I did not want to take any points off of the actual shop for her mistakes and unprofessional manner. But just take this advice.... go elsewhere for alterations. It wasn't worth me losing my temper or crying on the day I was suppose to pick up my dress. Not worth it at all. Beautiful shop. Kind and amazing workers. Just uneeded stress.

I received a call moments ago informing me that although I was the first to book my appointment for this Saturday, I am now being asked to move my time to 1:30 PM due to the size of my party. This is incredibly upsetting. If I secured my appointment first, I do not understand why I am the one being asked to adjust rather than accommodating later bookings accordingly. That decision feels both unfair and dismissive of my time and planning. What makes this even more disheartening is that I have family, including my aunt, traveling in from out of town specifically for this appointment. Receiving this type of notice on a Thursday afternoon leaves me with virtually no reasonable opportunity to secure another bridal salon that can accommodate us on such short notice. This experience has been deeply frustrating and has added unnecessary stress to what should be a very special and meaningful moment in my wedding journey. I expected better consideration, communication, and respect for my original booking.

Her quote sounded too good to be true, but I went and met with her and seen some of the other dresses that she had made. They were beautiful so and her prices were very reasonable. So, I decided to give it a shot. I must admit it sounded wayyy too good to be true. She also told us that she could make my fiancé's suit. At that very 1st visit she took our measurements. We left not knowing exactly we were going to get, even kind of nervous. But hopeful at the same time. She was very quick, and we went in for our 1st fitting. My fiancé's jacket and vest looked great, and fit him just about perfectly at the 1st fitting. I must admit I wasn't happy with my dress at all... here's where I went into freak out mode. Yani pretty much told me to trust the process. Since I had never had a custom dress made... i did not trust the process at all. When I came back for the next fitting, I can tell you that all my stress was for nothing. The dress was almost perfect. I was like... YES! This is so much better. By my last fitting the dress was perfect. Absolutely perfect! This past weekend was our wedding. I got so many complements on my dress. It fit perfectly. You can tell it was made just for me. I am very short and it didn't drag the ground at all. At the end of the night, I didn't even want to take it off. I want to wear it again. I'm said that it was just for that occasion.
