This caused the car to not function well so we had to stop the car at the side of the road. After a guy recommended my friend to call these mechanics, she did and we do not regret it. They were so nice and funny. They really were helpful. They came and towed the car and took it to the shop. They had to drain the tank in order for the diesel to get out of the system. They were quick!! The cop had told us that we might have to wait a day or to, but no, they did the job in 1-2 hours. They also gave my friend a discount because that's how nice they were, and they did an amazing and fast job. If I lived in Luling, these guys would be my go-to mechanics. They seem to actually care about their customers and their cars!

They later call my husband telling him they need a certain tool for them to complete the work, as if now it was our responsibility to buy tools for a damn shop!! Somehow they managed to figure it out and the car was ready for pick up...husband shows up to the shop, and they bill him not 160 not even 200 but 280!!! That's right..280 knowing that we just wanted to be done with these people he paid and brought the car home...only to later get the call from the mechanic letting him know that they billed incorrectly and now there was a hold on our debit card for 560 WTF!! The car was picked up Thursday afternoon and by Friday my son noticed the terrible sound the car now has when it's coasting...a sound that had NEVER been there before..like something is loose...of course we'd rather pay someone else to look for what I'm sure these con artist left unscrewed on purpose...NEVER, NEVER, NEVER will I do business with thise shop again..I hope sharing our terrible experience with them will help others avoid the same mistake.

I set up an appointment for him to come out and get the rotors and brakes installed and he was on time and ready to go. He analyzed the front and back rotors and informed me the front rotors didn't need to be replaced but the back ones definitely needed it. I was very happy that he was upfront and honest with me about not having to change out the rotors . He was very meticulous about his work and did an outstanding job for a hell of a price. He also gave me a military discount which he didn't have to do. He also looked over the truck and advised what other things needed to be done. He wrote me up a quote advised me on which repair was most important to address. I'm very happy with the results and effort he put into his work. The problem was they picked up the wrong car and it was 10k more expensive. it had the super cruise and other features attached to on star and they convinced us to go ahead and spend the extra money. However, 7 months later the onstar went out and the all those extra features won't. work. Onstar did a check and said we need to take it back to the dealership. we made an appointment and took it in and they say it is on onstar. We called them while still at the dealership and they said it the dealership is needs to fix it. Neither side is budging and the dealership doesn't have a loaner car so they can really find out what is going on and all I know is I paid 10k for features that dont work and no one seems to want to help.
