Yesterday my friend and I had a little car problem in Luling, after stopping at Bucees to pump gas-…read moremy friend ended up putting diesel in her gasoline car. This caused the car to not function well so we had to stop the car at the side of the road. After a guy recommended my friend to call these mechanics, she did and we do not regret it. They were so nice and funny. They really were helpful. They came and towed the car and took it to the shop. They had to drain the tank in order for the diesel to get out of the system. They were quick!! The cop had told us that we might have to wait a day or to, but no, they did the job in 1-2 hours. They also gave my friend a discount because that's how nice they were, and they did an amazing and fast job. If I lived in Luling, these guys would be my go-to mechanics. They seem to actually care about their customers and their cars!

So we bought my son his very first car..turns out it had a small crack on the fuel pump so we took…read moreit in to get it fix. Tony the shop owner spoke to me himself after they dropped the tank he gave me a quote of 140 to 160 for the labor, he then ordered the wrong part, after a couple of days my husband had to order the correct part drop it off to them so they could finally get started. They later call my husband telling him they need a certain tool for them to complete the work, as if now it was our responsibility to buy tools for a damn shop!! Somehow they managed to figure it out and the car was ready for pick up...husband shows up to the shop, and they bill him not 160 not even 200 but 280!!! That's right..280 knowing that we just wanted to be done with these people he paid and brought the car home...only to later get the call from the mechanic letting him know that they billed incorrectly and now there was a hold on our debit card for 560 WTF!! The car was picked up Thursday afternoon and by Friday my son noticed the terrible sound the car now has when it's coasting...a sound that had NEVER been there before..like something is loose...of course we'd rather pay someone else to look for what I'm sure these con artist left unscrewed on purpose...NEVER, NEVER, NEVER will I do business with thise shop again..I hope sharing our terrible experience with them will help others avoid the same mistake.

In regard to your response Frank I'll expose again why no one should use you. To start I used you…read moreafter the break issue we resolved to give you a shot. I bring up that brake issue because it eventually became a pattern of dropping the ball, and repeated issues 1. My car had to be towed because basic logic well known issue for GMC/Chevy 6.2 liter V8 engines have a lifter issue which requires engine replacement. The car wasn't in bad shape as you say. Cadillac dealership said I should have it towed due to the knocking sound. My car has always been kept immaculate. Yes you quoted a fair price, it was Lambs in Lakeway that was ridiculous and most people know they are. The engine took long because they sent the wrong engine and in regards to my finances it wasn't I couldn't pay . I was at the mercy of you and I was nothing but polite every single interaction with you. Your dropped the ball so many times and you actually asked me for advance payment at one point because you needed to pay your taxes . I didn't want to pay you UPFRONT Frank. You fix then pay, that's most every way it's done . You didn't have the money to cover costs which is a concern regarding running a business. I had also just spent money on another car repair and boat repairs . The car sat as I decided what I wanted to do. As far as stating you could have charged me storage you never once mentioned that and I have every phone call that proves that. Pretty shady of you to pull that out on your reply here. Again not on single time did you ever mention storage fees. So please don't act as if it was some favor you did. The car went in for an engine replacement. As you confirmed the day you put the engine in to test drive you call me telling me I need steering column replacement. Yes I have you on recording Frank stating that indeed the lift and big tires were the culprit. The steering was completely fine and it had not been driven once per you as we waited for the engine issue and replacement to be resolved. You now understand why I recorded you. You can't remember what you told me. I didn't struggle to pay you. I had a boat in repair and another car a Range Rover in repair. I communicated to you very professionally. By the way let's remember you had me pay up front on everything. It was the engine that was ordered that was delayed. 2. Regarding the transmission line. Let the public see this post. I pick up my car from Frank and I make it about a quarter to half a mile or so down road and what becomes the problem is the transmission line. Frank I have that call to you recorded as well and your claim that I accelerated or false and blew the line is total BS. It had nothing to do with big tires. I'm saving all my facts, statements from GM certified techs , and video of your guy coming over to "fix" it. Within a day or 2 it went out again and I made you tow it for free. It was your guy that you sent and had him do what he did and sent me on my way and that all was fine only to have it sent back to you. By the way on our recorded call you tried to lead me to believe with certainty it was one thing when in fact you were wrong and called me with another reason. Again grateful I recorded both those conversations. The reputable mechanics I discussed were my brothers out of Houston. My brother owns a professional garage and luxury and collector car biz for 22 years. The other reputable people was a connection I had out of A Cadillac dealer in Dallas. I mentioned this to you and so logically my car stayed locally with you. 3. The whole issue about you spending 200 for the detail I will just say to anyone reading this look at the pics of my Escalade left in his care. Never should have happened Frank. By the way I took a time stamp video of my car before it went back to you. I didn't spill the oil. That's a regular engine oil. Why would I need engine oil to leave in my backseat after you just repaired and did an engine replacement. Again shady of you to blame that on me. And by the way I had to waste 3 hours of my work day sitting there waiting on a detail. Completely unprofessional. 4. I asked you you fix my windshield wiper motor while you had it. You never did. I kept asking you very time you had the car and I have your texts alone that show you forgot several times. same thing Frank regarding the transmission thermostat. I asked you several times, you came out to fix my running board and forgot to get the transmission thermostat and windshield motor. Again pretty crazy you fixed my transmission yet our texts show you dropping the ball on the thermostat. I have lost count on the amount of texts I have that show you never show up on time. I'm done with my response. I'll update this post after claims court.

I set up an appointment for him to come out and get the rotors and brakes installed and he was on time and ready to go. I was very happy that he was upfront and honest with me about not having to change out the rotors . He was very meticulous about his work and did an outstanding job for a hell of a price. He also gave me a military discount which he didn't have to do. He also looked over the truck and advised what other things needed to be done.
