This is a long overdue review. I used their services back in spring of 2023. This was after I had…read morecalled several other companies which didn't call me back and one sent someone but they just looked at it and never contacted us again, and another never showed up. I read lots of amazing reviews on Mundae and requested a service. They were so responsive and talked me through the process. It wasn't long before someone came out to take several tests that consist of an air sample outside and inside and an actual sample of the mold, and a walk around to see if they spot more mold anywhere else. The report came back quick and scheduling of the mold remediation was quick. 3 workers were sent and it took half a day total since it was just our upstairs that needed it. Everyone we encountered was friendly, kind, and informative. Responsive whether it was text, phone call, or email. Appreciate the speediness in which the issue was resolved and felt very pleased with the service. Also I can report back that since then no more mold has appeared. I highly recommend them and have their info saved in case I need them in the future but honestly I hope I really don't.

They ran an industrial dehumidifier and cut out all of the wet components. And they did it shockingly cleanly, covering everything and making sure all debris was cleaned up after. That was the first service. Because I was impressed I also had them do the rebuild. Literally a third of my ceiling needed to be replaced. You have to look really hard, and know it's there, to tell where the wallboard was replaced. They even closely matched the ceiling pattern! The team was phenomenal, polite, friendly, helpful and skilled. An all around exceptional experience. Value was very good too. The final tally was in line with expectations and perfectly reasonable given the quality of work completed.

I guess it's called "Virtual Consultation" during Covid-19 pandemic. Within 2 hours, I got a quote and secured an appointment. I immediately contacted my insurance agent to start a claim. On my first day meeting Austin for damage assessment, he brought Wilmer to start water mitigation. Austin is the supervisor, as you already know from other reviews. He quickly setup dehumidifier, fan and heavy-duty HEPA air purifier. In the same week, they came back with another helper Juan to perform tear out and sprayed fungicide to kill molds and checking for additional damage. I sent very detailed pictures of the stains ahead of time and was quoted nearly $500 for the work. I even took time off in the morning to be available. When the technician arrived, he immediately dismissed the stains as "unremovable," barely made an effort, and simply rubbed one spot with a cloth as a "test." My furniture is very well cared for, and these are small, manageable stains--not extreme or unusual. Instead of attempting to clean them, I was essentially told nothing could be guaranteed. That raises the question: if nothing can be guaranteed, then what exactly is your service providing? It felt like a complete waste of time and money for both the quote and the visit. From the moment he walked in, it seemed like he didn't want to do the job. I strongly suggest reevaluating how you train or hire staff, because customers deserve more effort and professionalism.
