Great communication, friendly customer service, timely service, understanding, average price…read more I was referred to them by a family member after my favorite mechanic retired. They have worked on all 3 of my families vehicles. They have addressed and fixed all issues. When we had a disagreement or misunderstanding they remained calm, answered my questions, and explained it to me in a way I could understand. They do the best to try to keep customers happy to the best of their ability. My only problem is I wish they would waive diagnostic fees if the work gets done.

My first time at this shop. I got serviced without getting any pricing. Went in and asked the woman…read morethat runs the business had a pricing sheet so I can know what I'm paying for the next time I get serviced and she told me I should've asked first. I understand that some customers come in and get quotes but I also should've been aware of what I was getting before I paid. I sat in the office and waited for 2 hours without any kind of notice. Was even charged for the labor. I asked her what if I didn't have the money to pay for it then what precautions would we have to take and she said "well we didn't have to cross that bridge did we" and pretty much blamed me for not asking for a price. It was a kind young man who also helps in the front office who came outside and spoke to me and gave me a little knowledge on how they run that business. I appreciate him for it. *update* I have 4 different notifications from yelp and words are being added/changed. I posted my review based off of my experience.. please leave me alone. Thank you.

I was hesitant to go here because of the lack of reviews but decided to give it a shot anyways…read more Thankful that I did. I called in last minute this morning to get an oil change and the lady on the phone was very nice and polite. She was able to get me an appointment to come in within 30 minutes. Upon arriving, I was greeted by I believe one of the owners. Everyone was very friendly and the place was really clean. They didn't have my oil filter but they managed to get it within 10 minutes and have my oil change done within 40 minutes which was great because that was the exact time I was given as an estimate as well. I drive a 2019 Mercedes c300 and the price was VERY fair compared to going to the dealership. Thank you guys and I'm glad I found a reliable and friendly place to come back to every time I need my car to get serviced

I visited Wise Car Care for the first time on September 14, 2026, to get an oil change for my BMW…read moreX3. The initial experience and customer service were great. They conducted an inspection report and informed me that everything was fine, except for my lower control arms, which I was already aware of. Shortly after this visit, I went on vacation and parked my car at a friend's house. When I returned on September 23, 2026, and drove home that night, I noticed an engine coolant alert and a drivetrain alert on my dashboard, which had never occurred before. I called Wise Car Care to express my concerns, and they scheduled an appointment for me to see the issue on September 25, 2026. My appointment was at 11 am, but my car didn't go into the garage until around 1 pm. Around 2:30 pm, I was informed that my vehicle would be ready soon. The inspection report on September 25 indicated that I had oil leaks and needed a valve gasket cover repair, which the receptionist mentioned would be quite expensive. This news was concerning because the issues were not mentioned during my initial report on September 14, 2026. It seemed unlikely that oil leaks would be overlooked during an oil change. Shortly after this visit, my engine light came on, so I took my vehicle to Auto Zone for a diagnostic check. The results showed that the thermostat needed to be replaced. I took my vehicle to my trusted family mechanic on October 7, 2026, to address this issue and conduct his own inspection of my vehicle, without mentioning the report from Wise Car Care on September 25. The mechanic identified only three necessary components to fix my check engine light: replacing the thermostat, adding more coolant, and fixing a hose leak in my radiator. He did not notice any issues with my valve gasket cover. I received my car back on October 9, 2026, and have had no further problems with it since. It's disheartening to think that Wise Car Care's assessment might have been inaccurate, potentially leading me to pay more than necessary for repairs that arose after my initial oil change visit with them. Alternatively, they may have seen this as an opportunity to increase their revenue. Regardless of the reason, I will not be returning to Wise Car Care for any car maintenance in the future.
