I left my car because supposably i thought that they would be able to fix it.....and 2 months later…read morei get my car back the same...the mechanic Al didnt know what was wrong with it and took my car to the dealership where they're experienced at my car and work specifically with nissans he said he took it there "suposably to reset the computer" in my car...and they did do that...but i also found out that they had changed a few bad sensors i had in my car there at the Nissan dealership, not at the shop where i had taken the car in the first place then they ran diagnostics to see what was wrong with it and the Nissan dealership found the problem....i ended up paying $300 just to change some sensors and diagnostic..when in the first place Alvaro aka Al never called me to get my consent to see if i wanted them to run a diagnostic and change the sensor there....i thought he had just taken it there to reset the computer in my car he said he had fixed the car and all it needed was a reset of the computer...SO I ENDED UP PAYING $300 to the Nissan dealership on top of staying TWO WHOLE MONTHS without my car because Alvaro had it in his shop "working in it" !!!!! I had a lot of trouble with me depending on my own transportation just because Mr. Al had my car there for TWO months...he said the car had "electrical issues" come to figure out it was a mechanical problem...i shouldve just might of well taken it to the Nissan dealership in the first place it wouldve saved me much more time in finding someone who is truly in fixing cars and from being without the car for 2 months!!!! This place seems sloppy and unprofessional if he couldnt fix the car in the first place he shouldve been straight up honest with me and told me i wouldve seen to take it somewhere else!!!! And also majority of the time i would call the shop noone would ever answer and the voice mesaage machine would come on....its a joke...an unprofessional company...i DO NOT recomend this shop NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!! With that being said services here are really disapointing!!!

I got to the service department at 1:50 and was told they were behind and I would have to wait at least 2 to 3 hours. I needed this done, because I was leaving town for the weekend, so I stayed. I finally got out of there at 4:20. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and was very disappointed be treated this way. I have encountered this problem several times over the years, so have decided to take my business elsewhere. Very poor customer service.

They told me it was reset and it should show up on my phone in a few minutes. It did not, it's still there and now I'm overdue. I tried to call the dealership twice and was told someone would call me back, they didn't. I will not be doing any further business with this dealership and I recommend you don't either. After the sale you don't really mean anything to them. I will report this to corporate but I really don't have faith in Hyundai either. I will post again if this gets resolved and how, or if it does not.

I came to town looking at a new Harley and had been thinking of grabbing a cargo trailer as well to haul it home. Caleb not only told me they could set it up with tie downs, but showed me the value of what I was getting for my money. He showed me different sizes and colors and answered all my questions. I also noticed they had PJ Truck beds which I may be needing one or two in the future. Really glad I stopped in here while waiting on the Harley dealership about my bike. Got that taken care of and never received a call. Went to get car and it overheated again. He said it needed a new radiator and I told him to buy the one he thought was going to work, about a month later checked on car and water pump still was not fixed. About another month checked on car, never receiving call, and was told car was ready to go. Drove car about 200 miles over a months time and used about 3 quarts of oil plus overheated. Took car back when he said he had time and car was there for over a month with no work done to it or phone call about what was wrong with it. Went and got car again drove another 800 miles to get motor broke in and used 5 more quarts of oil. Took car back at his convenience and car sat for over a month and never received call about car, even after calling and leaving messages. Went by to check on car and he got pissed saying he could not work on car for free, and pulled it out of garage scraping the nose. Said he could not work on car for free but I have paid for everything he said it needed. This has all taken a year and half and car is not fixed like it should of been. Was quoted wrong in the first place, then when the work was done I went to luck up the vehicle and it was $1,000 more than I was told by another staff member, again poor communication. Still, I asked for another quote on a different item and work, but they never even bother calling me back, again, poor communication. Its very easy to see the pattern and you can almost guarantee that you will be left out of the loop on things, even if you do stay on top of them and the things being worked on. Again, not worth the frustration after spending thousands of dollars on things that were supposed to be an exciting and fun experience.
