After years of using my local Ford dealership for repairs, I was disappointed when they told me…read morethat my wife's '98 Mustang was too old for them to fix. So, I took the car to Wall Street Automotive. In less than 3 hours, they called me with a diagnosis & an estimate. Contrast that with the last time I took my Expedition to Ford & it took 2 weeks before they looked at it. So, we dropped the car off Wednesday & picked it up Thursday. That's unheard of around here. Prices seem reasonable. Of course, only time will tell whether the car was fixed correctly, but so far, so good. This may be the first time I've taken a car to Wall Street. It won't be the last.

After much deliberation i decided to make a P.S.A. i won't use wall street auto & don't recommend…read morethem to anyone anymore. DO NOT USE WALL STREET AUTO in midland. My family has used them for over 20yrs & they used to do great work however with changes in ownership & employees they no longer do. I took vehicle back 5 times to get simple brake job done correctly gave them benefit of the doubt maybe that mechanic just hasn't worked on that style before. I asked multiple times about my broken sunroof was assured they had experience & could repair ot no problem take few weeks tops. they took 3months to repair it had to take apart & put back together 5 or 6 times screwed up the sun shade & rear hatch washer fluid hose in the process. the technician they had come to look Hector used every excuse could think of for sunshade.. 1st was sun & heat, nope. 2nd was because used so much, nope. 3rd had the nerve to say it was that way when i brought it in & no it wasn't.. I had pay them to fix their mistakes new shade but a constant rattle, rear squirter works but they messed up the plastic on hatch & said they didn't touch it that squirter just worked for them after me checking it for over 1 month, tested it 5 times before dropping it off it didn't work. I took it somewhere else that checked it out & they said yes someone definitely removed it because the alignment post was not in the hole & bent to point of almost broken, plus they replaced ford factory body plugs with a round non factory version that wasn't even the right size it fell out of the hole supposed to go in. They insist they did nothing wrong each time. however it was an elderly couples back up car in a northen rainy state that was garage kept 95% of its life & not driven because of weather couldn't use sunroof as they wanted thats why so low mileage, why they got rid of it was just sitting unused. not drove so sunroof was not used much. It was transported here where vehicles with sunroofs are good sellers. i didn't use it that many times because to hot. so it was most definitely a "technicians" carelessness each time. the sunshade, washer fluid hose, interior plastics. i don't know who all is complicit in the outright lying to customers to cover their own ass, (technicians, service manager, owner,)but is the technicians including Hector for sure. i heard every excuse 1 could think of in 30-45 seconds but the "it was like that when you brought it in" seriously pissed me off. no no it wasn't & the plastic hatch cover didn't take itself off bend alignment post & replace body plugs on its own, tried telling me it just happened on its own while it was there. looking at having to pay a different shop more that what I already paid them to fix their careless mistakes.
