Sun City responded and by 6am was trying to figure out what happened and how to get us up and running. Apparently we broke down in a small town where all the part stores were closed on Sunday. But he traveled to the nearest town to get the parts needed to make the repairs. When he got back and started getting to work he quickly realized it was worse than originally thought. He once again drove to another town to get the parts and came back for us. Unfortunately the RV was a dud at that point and was not safe to be driven and needed major repairs that a mobile job was not equipped to fix. Sun City was courteous, continued to give us updates, and also had a great music selection for us to jam out to while he was working and we were hanging out in the air conditioned RV. He was upfront and honest and I would recommend him to my grandmother if she broke down in the area.

We were traveling through the area & you guys truly went above and beyond to get us back on the road quickly. We brought the trailer in on Tuesday & were able to pick it up Friday at closing. 2 new higher grade axles, 5 new tires/wheels (needed a spare) & some minor frame repairs were needed to get us up & running again. William never tried to up-sale us on anything, listened to what hubby was wanting & making it happen. We were told that they might not be able to get to it prior to Monday but after hearing we were driving through the area made the decision to get to it quickly & boy did they. Thanks Trailer King for making our unfortunate situation a good experience in excellent customer service.
