The golf cart had a couple flat tires and I was out of town but Kenfield pick up & delivery crew were so patient and offered to come back with new tires so they could roll it out for me. They handled my security codes to my house and garage to get in and did all this without me being there. This is a trustworthy company that still holds on to family values. You can feel that every step of the way from when you first call in for a quote to pick up, through payment, and through back to delivery. They never complained about how old my "baby" (what I call my vintage golf cart) was. My golf cart is very sentimental to me for soooo many reasons (my dad passing away & love of golf and the dear friends who originally allowed me to purchase her back in Maine) and they handled HER and ME with care. They got her serviced and back up and running so quickly at a VERY fair price. I thought it would be 3x more as I had neglected her for a bit due to life circumstances. Kenfield even delivered her back to me w/out getting paid. The ONLY company I trust and trust me too. I love a great business partnership which can be very rare in this world. They even brought her back to their shop so I could have her transported by a professional golf cart shipping company to me at my other home in another state!! They let me pay them remotely and even offered for me to send a check to save on the 3% credit card fee. I didn't take them up on that as they had already been so kind. Worst Service Ever…read more Very poor service. Cart was "fixed", but when I picked it up it wouldn't run. I was called weeks later that it was fixed and requested it be delivered (to which they agreed). It was never delivered. Over the next few months they would call me about the cart -I would explain I awaited delivery. I also called them several times asking the status. Apparently they kept no records of the transaction. New people had no idea of that it wasn't fixed and I was waiting for it to be delivered. After several months I finally picked up the cart. (I called many times to give them notice to prep the cart for pickup, but they never answered the phone.) the cart was outside in the back field, covered in leaves and pollen. Very dirty. I don't want them touching my cart anymore and took it home. Being very unsatisfied I contacted the primary location in San Marcos. I left a message and they never returned my call. I paid over $500 for repairs that were never performed. I cleaned up the cart myself and sold it. I would have gotten a much higher price if the cart was in working order. The final experience: they gave me a card with links and QR code to review the business. The links don't work. Wow! It takes a lot of practice being a bad business to get this bad!

Terrible experience...simple ranch hand bumper/grill guard install on a common F-150 gone terribly…read morewrong. They didn't have any clue about the active air damper, so they removed it causing check engine light to come on. They cut wires causing sensor/camera/calibration issues and then blamed "someone else before us", even though the cut wires were never brought to our attention by them. After multiple trips and hours back and forth to them, they just reinstalled the factory bumper (with bolts missing) and left us with calibration issues that we had to pay to get fixed ourselves, after they refused to accept responsibility. Our golf cart was delivered to Kentucky instead of South Carolina and didn't arrive until October 4, even though it was originally scheduled for September 27. There was no clear communication about the delay -- we had to reach out multiple times just to get basic updates. When the cart finally arrived, it was missing the charger, which meant our 4-year-old daughter couldn't use it for the homecoming parade, and we couldn't use it for our business during the homecoming game. We were told the correct charger would arrive the morning of October 18, but we never received a tracking number. We called and texted several times that day and got no response. After messaging the company about leaving a review, someone finally contacted us on Monday. The representative we spoke with was dismissive and more focused on telling us not to be upset than on resolving the issue. She said she would have the manager contact us and that she needed to "go find" the tracking number for the charger we still hadn't received. She also told us we "needed to trust her," despite the company's repeated lack of follow-through and transparency. We never received a call from the manager, nor did we get a valid tracking number. Later, the same representative claimed to have resent the charger and asked for our address again. The tracking number she eventually provided showed the package was delivered to a different city, and we still don't know if that package was even the correct charger. To make matters worse, the company sent us an Amazon link for a charger that wasn't even made for a Kandi Kruiser, which is the model we purchased. Authentic Kandi Kruisers are supposed to ship with all original parts, including the charger and front basket (which we also never received). For comparison, the same model sold at Lowe's comes complete in a sealed kit with branded components. At this point, we believe Golf Carts ATX may be engaging in questionable or potentially fraudulent business practices. They've already been paid by the finance company, leaving us with an incomplete and barely usable product. We've since had to purchase our own charger out of pocket, and we still haven't heard from the manager to this day. We will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and want to strongly encourage others to do their research before purchasing from this company. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism has been completely unacceptable.

It was ok with him if I buy the parts myself. But he did research to see if he could do a better deal for me. He picked up my cart for me. He installed a Navitas controller and motor. Also a new solenoid, heavy duty wiring, a new back seat assembly, and other items I already had. He also preprogrammed the new equipment. Then delivered the cart back to me with my old parts as requested. Not disappointed at all.
