I would say the same about "pool electricians" if there is such a thing. Dutch Guy Pool Service came out and evaluated our needs, explained what we needed our electrician to do first, and then came back and installed everything when we were ready. The install is great, the plumbing work is excellent as well, and everything was cleaned up and set up for us to use. In addition, I should mention that they showed up when they said they would, which is unfortunately rare these days. Highly recommend for your pool needs of any type... they are truly full service, knowledgeable and reasonable. We'll be using them to clean our tile next...

We scheduled an appointment for him to come out, and after inspecting our system, he immediately stated that it was the PDA and that he needed the PDA to access the program. He then called me the following morning, apologizing and stating that he might have assumed too quickly and was unsure but wouldn't know until he got the PDA. He said he would need to order the part from Austin and it would take a few days to come in, I went out of my way, driving an hour to Round Rock to pick up the part just for him to test, only to find out he had ordered the wrong part. He then called and ordered the correct part and came out on 7/11 to test it. I asked numerous times if he was confident this was the issue, and it turned out it was not the issue. He even stated that he was not familiar with my setup. He then pulled up a YouTube video for my husband to program the app himself. He wired my system incorrectly because he was not familiar with my system. Would have saved him and me a lot of time and money if he had just been honest. His mistake is now costing us more to fix due to his mistake. Throughout my interaction with George, it was clear he was not knowledgeable about the newer systems and that more training is needed on his part. It is unacceptable and unprofessional to tell a customer "I don't know" at least 10 times when asked a question and then proceed to pull up a YouTube video on how to connect things. Be aware.

I paid half up front the week they started the work and the other half was due at time of completion. The tile was laid and laid in correctly, leaving bathrooms incomplete, toilets not put back in place. There was thin-set all over the walls, tubs and cabinets. They were hollow and grout was already cracking. The LVP were laid in half of the house with many many errors leaving the floors incomplete and needing to be pulled up completely and relaid. He refused to listen to my concerns and request for repairs. He then left the jobsite on 12/02 and did not return. He refused to finish the work correctly and refused to refund any of my deposit. I am now out cost in labor and extra cost in flooring that I will have to replace. He is also refusing to pay his employees, and leaving my home unliveable. If someone recommends this guy RUN the other way. He does not care nor does he back his work or respect the homeowners property. He left trash all over my house and my yard, cutting wood INSIDE my home leaving dust and wood piece on the ground laying wood floor over it. I will tell everyone about how horrible he is not only as a contractor but as an employer and human being.
