My son has ADHD and they not only embraced him, but develped his technique and he thrived! My daughter is very young and only did the recreation program, but all of the teachers (especially Tammy and cooper) were absolutely amazing! Because of DI both of my kids are way above their age level in all genres from just one year of dancing there. The staff is extremely professional, and the owner is just so on top of everything at the studio. The best part of the studio is that none of the teachers or staff (Including the owner) get involved with ANY of the drama at the studio. They place the kids where they will do the best in technique and maturity wise. The only reason why we left is because we moved out of state, however we are going back every year for some of the conventions they participate in so we have the chance to dance with them. They care about molding your dancer into a professional dancer, not just a competitive dancer who stops dancing at 18 when they age out of competitions. They work with the seniors in getting them into the right collages and help them earn scholarships to pay for tuition. The owner and staff are well connected as well to get your foot in the door if you want to go more towards the entertainment industry. The ballet program is top notch with dancers that get into the most prestigious dance schools. (They have placed at least 3 dancers at Juilliard last year). They also have great adult ballet, tap, and hop hop classes that are so much fun! If you have the opportunity to go to DI do it! It was the best decision for our whole family made in dance we have ever made.

Some of the teachers are amazing, but the owner is downright evil. There's so much I dont have enough room to tell it all, but it ends with the studio stealing money out of my account. Make sure you call your bank before you decide to leave, or Susan will steal from you. I've seen other reviews on this, so I'm not the only one. They give incentives to people for their 5 star reviews. Dont be fooled. Passive-aggressive, manipulation, lies, aggressiveness, and microagressions, they've got it all. It's not a healthy studio to send your kids to. If you value morals and integrity, this place is NOT for you. Take your money where your kids can thrive.

I have also brought my 9 year old in for Hip Hop with Camille, among other opportunities that have opened up for us both. Absolutely a game changer when it comes to classes in variety and just the ambiance of dance and all skill levels. Some classes did seem pricey along with registration fee. However, from witnessing my daughters growth and even how I'm brushing up again on my dance skills, I think it's worth it.

In addition to being a talented drummer, Todd is an amazing administrator who possesses that unique combination of creativity, business acumen and people skills. The facility itself is modern and cool with wood accents and a super positive vibe. There's a waiting area with comfy couches and chairs and free WiFi while you wait. There's no games here. DAMPA offers fair and honest pricing and an incredibly high level of quality instruction. I have tried several classes including Pole 1 & 2, Belly Dancing, Boxing, Snatched, and flexibility. The boxing was by far my favorite class and I wish I could take it there every day. It's an intense full body workout, but taught at every level. The pole classes are taught extremely well and their classes truly build upper body strength and for me as a woman that is a struggle. I do wish they wouldn't intergrate Pole 2 into Pole 1 and Pole 3&4 into Pole 2. It makes it a little difficult for those who are still learning. They do well incorporating fitness goals into each program. I am very pleased with the instructors and the music played during classes. This is a very energetic gym and remembers names whether you go every day or once a week. You feel held accountable. I look forward to joining this gym in the near future. The staff is very friendly and concerned with your overall health and well-being. It's not just about the money at this gym. I truly feel like they care about making you a better you. They do different challenge programs and make sure no one feels intimidated.

I decided it would be FUN to participate with my group of friends in a pole class. We found a Groupon and Choice Training was on the list of highly recommended. I was beyond disappointed by my experience as soon as I walked in and saw my friend in tears because she was so disappointed. My understanding, a Groupon is how you get your new clientele IN THE DOOR...you usually have on your best face because you are trying to get new business. If that was mr 'friendly-front-desk' man's best face...I can't imagine how we would be treated once signed up with a package and he had my credit card on Auto-Pay. I've always been told - you decide who to give your money to. Sadly, I will never have the great experience I've read about on this page, because the face of the company has soured it for me and I will never come back. It was a $39 Groupon, that could've turned into a long term relationship well over that amount. Aside from that, it shouldn't matter if I come in spending $5 or $500 - treat me like you need or like your job and not like I'm an inconvenience to you. On to the next pole!!

The grand tier is really high up so I do prefer floors 1-4 ideally but I would not be scared to see a show from level 5. Sight lines are nice throughout. I may have to think about one of the extreme side seats on higher levels. That could restrict sight lines some. The Broadway shows are always great - in my opinion the sound and seating at Winspear really shine versus Fair Park Music Hall. Concerts here are fantastic and I would jump at the chance to see a favorite artist at the Winspear. Easiest parking is the Lexus Red lot but it is a bit pricey and naturally takes a while to empty out post show. Still you can walk around after the show and let the crowds clear out or get a snack at the Flora Cantina next door. There is also dining inside the center up high which looks really great.
