We were seated in a booth that was surrounded by tables that were covered in plates and a spilled drink on the floor. The hostess commented that they would be cleaning the tables soon. We sat for another 15 minutes, no server, no updates, water etc. My husband went up and politely asked the hostess about our server. We waited another 10 minutes, nothing. The five of us got up from the table and left wasting over a half hour. Hostesses saw us leaving and said nothing. Never returning to this location again.

I usually stick with the cheeseburger while mixing up my sides. The cheeseburger is an absolute masterpiece. It is exceptionally juicy, packed with flavor, and seasoned to perfection, truly outstanding. To drink, I branched out and ordered the non-alcoholic dragonfruit energy drink, and it was so good! Vibrant, refreshing, and delicious, i definitely recommend this drink. However, as a self-proclaimed onion ring connoisseur, visiting a venue with "Rings" right in the name naturally raised my expectations. Sadly, these earn a generous 4 out of 10 at best. The batter is far too dense and aggressively crunchy, while the onion itself lacks any distinct flavor. For true onion ring greatness, the crown still firmly belongs to Clear Springs in New Braunfels. Service was a bit of a mixed bag. Our waitress started off wonderfully, engaging, and setting a great tone, but her attentiveness dropped off sharply as the meal progressed. We ultimately had to flag down another staff member for a simple drink refill because our server was nowhere to be found. Despite the inconsistent service and underwhelming rings aside, the incredible quality of the burger and drinks means I will definitely be back.

The strawberry daiquiri was weak. Very weak. For $11, I would have loved to taste some alcohol. Pizza was average. Pretty sad when Pizza Hut has better Pizza. Generous toppings, though. Hubby had a burger. He said it was dry and no seasoning, that Chili's was better. With tip we paid $98. Next morning, I was in the bathroom for a good hour. Won't return. Servers loved to chat with the other servers, and not bring drinks. It's very dark inside. And floors under booth need a good cleaning.

We ordered Lemon Pepper, Pecker Wrecker, and Sour Cream and Onion. The sauce on the Wing was cold, and the dry rub flavor was absent. The fries were literally mashed potato sticks. Not crispy at all. The pizza was ok I don't think I'll be ordering from here in the future, it just wasn't as flavorful as I wished it would be. The place is huge and was really busy . It also has a lot more than pizza,...burgers, wings.and more. I'd like to come back and have a burger here and onion rings since they looked really good. The woman at the cash register and who answered the phone sounded kind and friendly despite being bombarded with customers. Then the wings and fries came out, and my phone never even crossed my mind. My friend and I are usually the ones sitting there solving all of life's problems over dinner, but this time? Complete silence. We looked at each other a couple of times like, "Mmm..." and went right back to eating. Every single wing was gone. We ordered the Spicy Garlic, Garlic Parmesan, and Buffalo wings, and let me tell y'all... they did NOT miss. Every flavor was packed with seasoning, cooked perfectly, and finger-licking good. We also tried both the sweet potato fries and the homestyle fries with seasoning, and neither disappointed. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside just how fries should be. And don't skip the pineapple lemonade! It was the perfect drink to wash everything down. If a restaurant can make me forget to take pictures and make two people stop talking long enough to clean every plate, you know it's worth the visit. 10/10.
