Immediate care and reassurance for a frazzled traveler was given over the phone by the night manager and the day manager went out of her way on her own time to stop by the local FedEx place to overnight my purse back to me. There are human guardian angels in Mt. Shasta, and Jessica, Daisia, and Matthew are three of them! (Not to mention the dear lady who found it who was also on her way home after a equally horrible drive home from Las Vegas!) Counting Blessings!!

As someone who travels full time, I have never encountered such a firm refusal. Seriously? It's AIR. While I realize the equipment costs money to maintain, we were happy to spend money in the shop. We had just fueled up the night before and did not need fuel, but just needed air in a tire. Terrible customer service.

He's a nice man. But the woman on the phone, customer service???,was extremely rude to both myself and my husband. Unacceptable! When my husband called and told her that the oil had not been delivered, she basically called him a liar and said that he didn't know what he was talking about.Amazingly,45 mins. later, the oil was delivered. No call back to confirm its delivery. End of story. Attitude is everything. We won't be calling them again.

Had to pull off, get a hotel room and after 5 calls to mechanics, chanced it that these guys would help. Boy did they! No fuss, happy to help, gave the kids toys and had us back on the road in 10 minutes. They didn't hesitate to help me out and wouldn't charge me!! I really appreciate their help and excellent service. All other mechanics in town, take a lesson from these guys.

Although Chad was pretty swamped, he managed to fit my friend's car in in about an hour and not only filled the oil and alerted her to a big leak(and gave us pointers on how to keep on top of it for the drive home to San Francisco), but also vacuumed the floor of the front seat of the car. The other place in town we called took my number and didn't call back til the next day. No big, folks are busy, but I'm not sure what we would have done if we hadn't found The Pit Stop. Thanks Chad!
