I would rate it 5 stars, but prices are a bit in the high side considering that this is a convenience store eatery and portions on fries weren't great for almost $4 and drinks are over $3. My sandwich was about $12 and came with nothing, not sure if everything is al a cart like that or not, but it would be nice to have some combo deals with discounts. The store manager, Lonny, is checking out my items. He asks me if they are all donut holes. I told him I believe that they are, but a couple are covered in frosting so I don't know for sure. The manager then proceeded to get angry and told me to take the donuts out of the box, even though it has a clear plastic window in it. He then proceeded to embarrass me in front of a line of customers. Lecturing me about the products being different prices and embarrassing me in front of everyone there as I open the box to show him. He could clearly see what is inside the box. If you are worried about prices then it should be marked in the donut display. He made me feel embarrassed, untrustworthy, and not welcome. I have told many people about my experience this morning at my work. I have a huge customer flow to let them know about the managers unprofessional attitude towards customers. This is unacceptable. I am a supervisor and I would never treat a customer like that. His manager training is obviously lacking greatly in skill and tactic.

I am a disabled Veteran, and my service dog has been fully trained by a Veteran non-profit organization. Despite this, I was asked by your staff to provide "certification" for my service animal due to food being served. I calmly explained that under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Missouri state law, businesses are not permitted to require certification, identification, or documentation for a service animal. Even after explaining the law, two staff members continued to insist on certification and were dismissive and rude. Their actions made it clear that they were unfamiliar with both federal ADA requirements and Missouri state law regarding service animals. For your reference, Missouri law explicitly states: "A business (public accommodation) may not insist on proof of the certification or identification for a service animal. Some states have certification laws, however, the ADA is the prevailing law." This information is publicly available here: https://disability.mo.gov/files/ServiceAnimalsAllowed.pdf Because of this incident, I will be filing a formal complaint with the State of Missouri. I also expect a written apology and confirmation that your staff will receive proper training on ADA and service animal compliance to prevent this from happening to others in the future. No disabled Veteran--or any individual with a disability--should be subjected to this type of treatment. Sincerely, Daniel
