I was in getting donuts for my staff members. The shelves are not marked with different prices or…read morewhat types each donut is. So I grab six and head up to the counter to pay. The store manager, Lonny, is checking out my items. He asks me if they are all donut holes. I told him I believe that they are, but a couple are covered in frosting so I don't know for sure. The manager then proceeded to get angry and told me to take the donuts out of the box, even though it has a clear plastic window in it. He then proceeded to embarrass me in front of a line of customers. Lecturing me about the products being different prices and embarrassing me in front of everyone there as I open the box to show him. He could clearly see what is inside the box. If you are worried about prices then it should be marked in the donut display. He made me feel embarrassed, untrustworthy, and not welcome. I have told many people about my experience this morning at my work. I have a huge customer flow to let them know about the managers unprofessional attitude towards customers. This is unacceptable. I am a supervisor and I would never treat a customer like that. His manager training is obviously lacking greatly in skill and tactic.
