That said - the hotel lobby is lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby bathrooms are immaculate. If you eat at the attached restaurant on the ground level (adjacent to the lobby), it's a wonderful experience. Overall, I don't know how the rooms are in this hotel, but all the other features (restaurant, location, theoretical rooftop bar that wasn't open yet) are all excellent. Service is spotty, the manager is great and takes ownership when needed. The staff can be hit or miss, which is standard in this area as so many feel entitled or have some other kind of attitude like they are only there as a favor to their employer. Great location with good nearby eats. I'll stay there more because the price point is one of the best.
