Our 1st time, and what a wonderful experience. Easier than riding a ferris wheel. Highly recommended if it's something you've been thinking about doing. The captain and crew were fantastic. The captain gave us a history lesson on ballooning which was very interesting, along with the traditional champagne and cheese after landing. Only down side was that I had made the reservation approximately 6 months earlier and had requested a private flight, (knowing that it would cost extra), as a gift to my wife for our 10 year anniversary. They said it wasn't a problem, took my information and said that they would call us the night before the flight to let us know if we would be going up the following morning. The night before the flight we hadn't heard from them, so we had to call the at 9:30pm to confirm. When we met with them the following morning we were a bit disappointed to see that they had forgotten our request to fly alone. Thankfully the other people we social. read more
