I have seen my private practitioner since and no one insists that I get this repaired. Spoke with others and there have been many such complaints about this doctor. He deliberately told his staff not to take me, and I was standing there, waiting in tears for somebody to take my blood with my cup of urine, and they ended up not doing it and just pushing me off until I finally had to leave because I had to take my medication, which I advised of them, and they just kept taking people who came after me He said he didn't see me in the hallway, which is impossible because I was standing right there looking at him while all the seats were taken. This was the worst experience and I don't recommend anybody going here simply because of Rafael. I felt harassed and extremely mistreated by him, and his staff just kept looking at me and calling the next person, knowing that I was here for over an hour just standing there waiting.. they went as far as to ignore me, and when I went to Rafael and said who do I ask when I can go, he said anybody.. never returning here thanks to him. LabCorp should not hire staff like this

Just like visiting the doctor, getting lab work done is a pain. When you get inside, though, the human people are nice and proficient. The needles are almost always sharp for my blood work. 90%.

I understand that things can run behind, but when I was finally called back, I was asked for my paperwork. I explained that I did not have the ability to print it beforehand and asked if I could email it to her, as I had it readily available on my phone. She responded by saying, "You could, but I'm 11 minutes past closing, so I can't do anything for you." This was extremely frustrating and unreasonable. If you are not willing to complete an appointment after closing, then patients should not be taken back at all. I was already in the room, ready, with the paperwork in my email, it would have taken moments to send. Instead, I was turned away after waiting and leaving work early specifically to make this appointment before their 3 PM closing time. The employee was dismissive, had an attitude, and showed no professionalism or empathy. I am now forced to take additional time off work to find another location to get my blood drawn and I will absolutely not be coming back to this location due to this one woman. Completely unacceptable service and very disappointing experience.

Two stars for my own bloodwork. The front desk was professional and I was seen quickly. The tech…read morewho drew my blood was kind and gave me great advice to make it easier on myself going forward. Because of this, I came back months later with my then 4 year old and had a TERRIBLE experience with a tech and her "manager/lead tech" It was my child's first time getting blood work and was understandably scared. I had him on my lap and calm. The first tech stuck him and started to move the needle around in his arm and couldn't get blood which of course led to him screaming in agony. She attempted again on his other arm and wasn't successful and again moved the needle around and said to him "I'm not touching you" in a very annoyed tone when she left the needle in his arm while looking for a bigger gauge. At this time he was red, sweating, kicking and screaming while I'm holding him down. The head tech then came over to assist and used the larger gauge and also moved the needle back and forth. At this point I yelled that this was enough and that we needed to stop as he was crying and screaming to the point of exhaustion I was told by this manager that I need to ensure he's well hydrated going forward as it's my fault meanwhile my child drinks water all day every single day. Will not be returning to this location and would never recommend a child getting blood work done here and they do not have the skills to handle children and get annoyed at them easily.
