As a bachelor without design sense it was one of the best investments I could have made. It saved me so much time and anxiety about which pieces to pick and every single person who has visited has been amazed by how nicely decorated my apartment is. The process is exactly as described by other reviewers - introductory call, questionnaire, in home visit, and follow up call a week or two later with a mood board and shopping list. Betsy was incredibly personable and easy to talk to. I was also impressed with how much her suggestions matched my style even though I didn't have the vocabulary to communicate it. Everything fit within my constraints and preferences and Betsy helped with follow up questions and suggestions as pieces came in and as I decided to swap out a few pieces.

We followed her initial written direction over the course of the 6-month period we prepped, and it helped result in multiple offers 10-20% over asking within three days of the house hitting the market. I believe that her suggestions on renovations to perform, paint colors to use, plants and decor to purchase, and how to choose a single purpose for each room were the keya to success. Then her final 'staging' prior to photos and showings was really worth it, as she applied her design knowledge to artfully place items such as plants, vases, books, candles, towels, blankets, pillows, trays, fruit and drinks to elevate the look of the outdoor and indoor spaces. Jodi was an absolute professional and joy to work with and contributed a huge amount to the success of our sale.
