Only issue was she had to balance people walking in from inside the market, several outside tables like mine and retail transactions. It was too much. Also, it was odd to me that I didn't get new glasses for each taste. She would just fill my same glass 5 times. It was barely one sip's worth. So, I would recommend not doing the very time consuming tasting and just order one glass. You can bring food truck food and eat it with your beverages which is nice since they only have small bites (cheese, nuts, olives etc) to order. Anyway, sweet family place and each wine was actually surprisingly good. Will be back.

Before I got married, I actually had my friends meet me here to ask them to be my bridesmaids. When guests stay with us from out of town, we take them here too. The wine is lovely, the grounds are so scenic, the lawn is perfectly manicured, the summer concerts are such a vibe. Bethany Winery is elegant and relaxing. It was such a shame when the owner passed, he was a kind old man with a youthful spirit. I just found out this winery is closing and I couldn't be more sad. What a gem. I hope another family buys it out and this gorgeous land doesn't go to a developer, that would be devastating!

On this recent visit, we tried their mixed wine flight and we were not disappointed. I tried to swap out the Chardonnay (because normally I can't stand it) but they convinced me to give their uncorked version a shot and I am so glad I did. We ended up leaving with a couple bottles from our tasting menu because we enjoyed every sip. Always come hungry! You wouldn't anticipate it but CRW whips up some mean bites. The spinach artichoke dip and bacon-wrapped dates are a must. But the thing that'll surprise and delight are their wood-fired pizzas.
