It was fairly busy when we arrived and there were only a handful of open spots. Environment: The chargers are located in the parking area near the Puerto Vallerta restaurant and O'Reilly Auto Parts. Once you see Black Bear Diner, turn into Commercial Ave. It'll lead you into a small shopping area towards the back. The area is ok but there's not much to do. For restrooms, we went to the market called Ray's Food Place; once inside, you'll see the sign towards the right of the building. There's also a ChargePoint charger not too far away. Yay/Nay/Meh: Meh. The area doesn't have much to do nearby. There was one trash can close by that was overfilled. It was convenient since it was right off the 5 FWY.

Environment: Although it's also located off the 5 FWY, this location is a bit away from everything. The closest thing is the Caldera Brewery and Restaurant and a biscotti shop that you can get to with some walking. There are motion sensor lights that turn on when you get close, so it's well lit. No trash cans nearby. Yay/Nay/Meh: Meh. Not much to do here, but the location is clean. You'll have to travel further out for fast food options.

There were a few people charging when we arrived, but still plenty of open free spots. Environment: Located right off the 5 FWY, this is another convenient location to charge at. There's a Target as well as a Red Lobster nearby. It's also not too far away from the Rogue Valley Mall and an In-n-Out. The area is clean, but unfortunately I didn't see any trash cans nearby. Target currently has outdoor restrooms, which was also a plus. And, there are two ChargePoint stations right next to the Superchargers (free for the first two hours). Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. This was a nice charging stop that had several points of interests nearby. It's also neat that they're the faster 250 kW chargers. The location felt safe and well maintained.

Parking: The chargers are located in the Fred Meyer parking lot near the gas station. There are rear in chargers and 1 head in charger. Environment: The place was packed when we arrived. No trash cans nearby, but they are available when you head towards the Fred Meyer; restrooms are available in there as well. Food options will require a bit of walking to get to. Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. Charging turnover is fast and the place is well maintained. Trash cans and restrooms are available not too far from the chargers. Some walking is needed to access food options, unless you want to go grocery shopping at Fred Meyer.

McDonald's is across a 2 lane hwy that requires a crosswalk signal. Not too far but certainly not an easy walk if you have little ones. I would recommend getting your food first and eating while charging. Restrooms available in diner. Five or six stalls. Not sure about safety since it's tucked away behind a restaurant and motel.

I have had some bad…read moreexperiences with some local electricians, high and repeated trip charges, poor attitudes, not willing to take small jobs. I was delighted to connect with Daniel. I contacted Modern Electric for a small job, they came straight out, were prompt, extremely personable and did a fantastic job for one very reasonable charge, no trip charge, no extras tagged on. Daniel was so nice, he installed our ceiling chandelier and then removed it, modified the height to suit us changing our minds and reinstalled it again. Poor guy we had him up and down on the ladder. He was very gracious, even checked the chandelier each time with a level. Excellent work, great attitude and so so reasonable! Very happy, thank you so much Modern Electric and Daniel!
