I experienced a hitch failure due to improper installation by Camping World during my trip from California to Washington -- in the middle of the night, just 4 miles from Jefferson's Overland and RV Services. I pulled in with my fifth wheel first thing in the morning at 8am, unannounced and without an appointment, just hoping and praying they could help. As it turned out, they were actually scheduled to be closed that day and had prior commitments elsewhere which was totally understandable. They were locking up and asked me what was going on, and immediately offered to get me fixed up if I was willing to wait -- even offering me to park my fifth wheel there until they returned. Once they were back, Jeff got right to work and had me up and running within an hour. I couldn't be more grateful for their outstanding customer service and hospitality. They turned a nightmare situation into a much-needed stop. If I ever need major work on my trailer or RV, I would travel out of my way just to have quality work done here -- the pricing is more than fair too. Thank you again! 10/10

Even though the Les Schwab dealership was closed, Brian called me and offered to remain at work after hours to place new tires on our RV. Trent stayed with him to assist in the service. I need my truck for work, and I blew a check engine light, and my truck was running really rough .. Steven squeezed me in even though they were busy and fixed it for me so I can get back to work! They had my truck in and out of there in less than a day and a half, diagnostic, repairs, parts in and a long test drive to make sure she was good to go! ( I commute well over 100 miles a day to and from work, ) A few days later, I smelled diesel from under my hood and just stopped by & JIM (owner/rock star guy) stopped what he was doing to wash my engine compartment off take a quick thorough look under the hood just to make sure I was safe!
