For contrast: I had taken it to Pischke Nissan in La Crosse, WI trying to get a diagnostic on this a week prior, who failed to identify these glaring problems. The car was unsafe to drive, but Don's Auto and Truck Center (and Bud!) were incredible in solving my problems. After some negotiation with my insurance, I was able to use a loaner vehicle while mine was undergoing said repairs! I drive this vehicle for work, so being given a loaner for the three weeks I had to wait for work to begin and get finished was just the best thing I could have asked for! I did the next best thing and ignored the oil change! I saw this place from the highway and decided to check it out. The staff was awesome; Took me in right away. I walked the lot while the service was performed. To my surprise, I only made it about a quarter way down the lot before the vehicle was ready to go (a typical oil change in the city takes about 45min - 1hr). The employees were solid, humble people and happy to do a job well done. They knew the oil weight, the filter was new, and my car hasn't blown up!
