Mike answered all our questions, the owner helped seal the deal and life is great! Thank you so much for this easy transition, we love our car. I highly recommend this place, really easy to work with, great people, great business and very professional

I did the next best thing and ignored the oil change! I saw this place from the highway and decided to check it out. The staff was awesome; Took me in right away. I walked the lot while the service was performed. To my surprise, I only made it about a quarter way down the lot before the vehicle was ready to go (a typical oil change in the city takes about 45min - 1hr). The employees were solid, humble people and happy to do a job well done. They knew the oil weight, the filter was new, and my car hasn't blown up!

The gentleman at the desk, who I presume was the owner, said it would be about an hour before he could help. I asked if we could just fill the tire to see how fast it was leaking. He said yes, and while he filled it, he looked at the tire and spotted something. "I think I found the problem," he said. Went back into the shop, grabbed his tools and within 10 minutes of arriving we were back on the road with a fixed tire. This is service money can't buy! Thank Mr. Clement!

I have had my rusty 13 year-old car in to Clements Auto for a few issues. The owner, Cletus, has…read morebeen honest and forthright on every occasion, letting me know what needed to be done, what could wait, and how much it would cost. On one occasion, my wife's vehicle was making noise when the brakes were applied. We called Cletus, who said the soonest appointment was 3 days away. 10 minutes later he called back and said he was concerned for her safety, and asked if she could bring it by for a quick inspection. I have been completely satisfied with the repairs Cletus has made to our vehicles. In my opinion, he could charge double what he charges now, and I'd still bring our cars to him. Why? Because I trust that he's not trying to rip me off. If he says something needs to be done, it really needs to be done. If it doesn't he'll say so. The only downside is that his reputation for honesty and good work has spread, and now it takes a long time to get your car in!

Not only was he very reasonable, but he spotted another issue that would have created a real problem down the line, and after looking it over the Church decided they really wanted him to do the work. Since then he has been their go-to. Mine too, and I send my family and friends there. Don't pay any attention to the people giving him bad comments.
