There was definitely a lot of activity at this supercharger because so many people were coming in and out, but it was really efficient. I will say for people who have a 2026 Lexus RZ350e, pull up to one of the chargers, open your app and find the tesla station you're at, and click on the connector number you're at which is at the bottom of the charger stall and then plug in the charger. It will not work if you already have the charger plugged into the car because it won't show up on the app to select for charging. Also it will charge you a $65 temporary hold prior to charging and will change to the actual charge amount afterwards, which I didn't know. You can also stop charging from the Lexus app whenever you want and the charge/how much you paid will reflect in the Lexus app under charge history after 30 minutes. It took 30 min for reference to charge from 13% to 80%, and I've been told not to charge past 80% on the fast chargers as it may affect the battery life.

I called GCS in a panic and they were incredibly kind and accommodating--they told me they'd stay open until 5pm and to just drop the car in the back if I could get it there after hours. They promised they'd take care of it first thing in the morning, and they delivered 100%. They diagnosed and fixed the overheating issue the very next day, did a full oil change, and even repaired a bad oil leak that the BMW dealership had caused (and never fixed properly). Everything was done quickly, the pricing was extremely fair (way less than the dealership), and the communication throughout was outstanding. Adrian offered to help me. After speaking with me, wrote up request and got vin & mileage. Worked with me on cost bc mainly there for oil/filter chg. It was about an hour after giving Adrian the keys and car where I left it. I texted him, then received text saying it just got taken in. In the end all good, but feel that there could be better customer service upon arrival to dealership as well as communication during delays. Good customer service & communication keeps returning customers happy.
