There was no wait at the register, and a friendly employee immediately offered to help us. Upon inquiring about the year, make, and model of the vehicle, he searched his advanced auto database and immediately determined the length of our wiper blades. He made some pointers about the differences between them (you get what you pay for) and how some have extra blades and such. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the whole affair. When I went, they were offing a bucket discount, which I've never seen before. Buy a bucket, and anything you can cram in there is 15% off. Sounds pretty good if you're shopping small parts! My only problem with this AAP is the location. It's not on a corner like most of the other ones, so it's not as easy to get to.

I took my 2002 F-350 to them after "The Great Texas Freeze: February 11-20, 2021 when it was stolen. The police were able to recover it with damages.  My friend John M recommended I take it to his friend Manny at Bolado's Automotive. They did an excellent job on my truck restoring it almost to great condition at a very reasonable cost. When the incorrect bed to the truck was sent to them by the parts suppliers, they diligently searched the NATION to ensure the right bed was found. It took a while but they assured me it would be done right above all! I had to go to Europe for transplant evaluation in March so he allowed me to leave my truck there to do some minor repairs during my absence. I ended up gone until September but they took care of me.  Even when my truck was vandalized he is still assisting me with the repairs and helping my friend John (Navy Veteran) get a replacement car. Manny is a highly decorated veteran (only flaw he was not USAF, but US MARINE and a true professional. He runs a great business and is very VETERAN supportive.  I have come to realize that relationships are VERY important to him. I very highly recommend any veteran, member of the VA, VFW, DAV, NCOA, AMVETS, MOAA, AARP, US military, San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, Retired Officers Association, American Legion, constituents of my Congressman Juaquin Castro, my classmate Senator Jon Cornyn and even civilians used them.

Nevertheless, on my way back from Kyle/Buda - I forgot I need a small screw...I remembered C&Js and decided to stop and ask if they had this part...The young kids (guys) up at the front were the rudest, most unprofessional A-holes I have ever met. They were watching some movie/film/show on a computer screen and seemed bothered that I came in to do business. It turns out they didn't even know (or maybe played stupid) what I needed and just plain did not want to help. No battery issues whatsoever…read more Went in for a simple oil change and immediately got hit with a list of upsell services, one being a battery cleaning. I declined everything, but then was told they'd clean the battery for free. I agreed, and afterward, my car wouldn't start. They had to jump it, then suddenly told me I had a "bad battery." Funny, because my battery was working perfectly fine before I came in and before they touched it. What really rubbed me the wrong way was the way the manager (I think) handled it. He came out, tried to mansplain the situation, and then when I declined their overpriced battery quotes, he turned around and sarcastically said, "Battery's fine guys," like a teenager throwing a fit. Super unprofessional and shady. I went in for an oil change, not to end up with car trouble that wasn't there before. Won't be back.

Charles took care of me. He recommended to test my battery. Took it to the testing machine and saw it needed to 1st charge it. He took my number and I went to eat. He called within 40 minutes to let me know it was charged and the battery was bad as expected. Bought a new battery and joined the rewards program. Over all great friendly customer service and reasonably priced. Charles even wheeled out the battery and loaded it into my vehicle. I'll make the additional trip to Helotes simply based on the Hours of Operation and Customer Service.

The customer service is top notch. I had my battery go out and Rachel was able to help test it for me to see if it was still good. the blanco road location did not tighten the oil filter and /or the filter was defective or the…read moreincorrect size. oil leaked last week of June. my normal mechanic replaced the bad filter and oil. the complaint phone system at take 5 headquarters just put me on a long piano music delay and I eventually hung up. I will not visit ever again.
