Staff was kind of gruff, it's annoying the dealer hogs up their own chargers they offer as a paid service (pretty sure they were not actively charging as they were there over an hour), and the chargers across the street are the faster 250 kW and have 12, so I recommend going to the other one.

Just wow, unbelievable service center, aloof, rude and just not helpful. DEI hires, go figure. Recommend going to near by Target charging stations. The wastoids at the service center abuse those chargers by camping them.

It was overflowing, uncovered, and not clearly marked. My young daughter reached for it and poked herself with a needle while i helped my other daughter in the restroom. I didnt see it because there were no visible signs it was covered by the door and i had my daughter stand next to it while she waited for us. We spent 4 hrs in the ER and now we have to do more testing. To make things worse, the staff had no idea what to do. No one apologized or offered any real help. One employee even tried to open the sharps container with just one glove on -- showing a complete lack of training on how to handle biohazards. If staff don't know how to manage this safely, why even have it accessible? This is a serious safety hazard and needs to be addressed immediately. Parents, please be careful. I left my information at the gas station no one has bothered to call us.

So it was a no-brainer to text Sal when I needed to add a new electrical outlet in my outdoor room for a subwoofer. I sent some pictures and a description of what I was looking for, and Sal quoted a fair price. He was out the next day to install the outlet, and I am very happy to have my subwoofer in a much better location for my outdoor room. Now I need to find a credenza or something to hide his great work under the TV and put the sub next to it.
