The superchargers here are capable of doing 100-120kw, it's about 450mi/hr, which means charge times is less. I've been here a lot of times and I always never have to wait! The area is at the embassy suite parking lot so rest rooms depends on the hotel workers. Same with the food, the only option is eating in the hotel which has a bar. The place is well maintained, it's clean and proper. I also feel safe if I was to come here in the middle of the night to charge. I would give it five stars only if there are more food and drink options at this superchargers. Starbucks should open a store here. I'm sure it will be real busy too. Anyways props to Tesla for having a great supercharger network!!

Good memories. Despite this, I didn't get THAT many stares. It's in a busy area, many such cases with almost everywhere in the Bay Area, but generally there's plenty of parking in the plaza if you park and walk just a bit in. But because of the crowds, I've seen trash flowing from the trash cans before walking in, trash on the shelves, the restrooms being a tad grosser than what I would have liked, and it being more disorganized. Maybe it's because it's during Memorial Day weekend as I don't have that much of an issue when it's at any other time or, usually, much later at night. Selection is normal, but can get limited. I remember one time we needed packs of water bottles and they only had those tiny half ones for kids. Prices are normal like any other Target, just make sure to use your app.

I tend to shop here early evening and the customer service counter is always closed so I simply concede. It's too bad as the big windows and spacious layout just isn't enough anymore to draw you in.

They do have a large variety of stores and food options here, but I really don't like them charging to park. You're already putting money into this place, do they really need to add even more to what is already likely an expensive trip...You only get one hour of free parking, then it's $2/hr with a cap of $15.
