From the initial conversations to numerous texts inquiring about the car, within 48 hours I purchased the car blind, not even test driving it, let alone sit in it. Navin's personality, professionalism and passion selling me the car were deciding factors, not just the 570S itself. The process was seamless, and I never felt rushed or brushed to the side when I was very apprehensive about the big purchase. The drive to and from Sacramento was definitely an enjoyable one, especially heading back!! I highly recommend you see Navin if you have the itch to purchase a bad-ass exotic. My torso is that of a 6'5"-6'6" guy so sports cars are a big challenge. We waited til the last minute and there were no U Hauls available so we checked Yelp and saw that Ryder was highly recommended. We called and after getting a bit of a runaround on the phone and getting put on hold a couple of times, we got through and reserved our 16' truck. We showed up at 7:15 am to pick up the truck and the person who helped us, Monica, couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. She got us on our way with a smile. I had some trepidation about driving a big truck but it was very easy! It was a Isuzu with the cab over the engine so visibility was great. The large truck handled surprisingly well. We got to Mountain View, loaded up the truck and drove to Berkeley with no trouble at all. I returned the truck this morning and had a very easy time driving down 880 from Berkeley. Note: even floored, the top speed of the truck is 65 mph. I brought it back and even got a refund from my estimated cost. All in all, a very good experience if you have to rent a truck.
