My DH and I attended a wedding in Altadena over the weekend and we stayed in Pasadena. Our hotel did not offer EV charging but pointed us in the direction of nearby chargers. We were at 46% battery so I needed to charge to get back to OC with other scheduled stops along the way. I opted for the Tesla Supercharger in the parking structure off of Green. Note, Green is one way so we basically circled the block and then entered the structure. The chargers are located on the roof adjacent to the Equinox gym. It is $1.50 for the first hour without validation but if you decide to go to a nearby business, you can validate. The chargers are 72 kWh and remember to preheat your battery for optimal charging. We only spent about 30ish minutes charging. It took me time to walk downstairs to find a pay station and by the time I was back I was at 78%. My charge cost about $7 which is a lot less than what it would cost filling up at a gas station in LA these days.

Finally a supercharger in the area. They need another one deeper in the SGV honestly. This one just showed up on my map and decided to check it out. It's on the top floor of the Marengo Parking Garage, at the edge of Old Town Pasadena. The Tesla in app status screen is sorta broken for available stalls. You can see my pic, but it seems to be showing how many stalls are available as the total number of stalls. There seems to be about 24 stalls total. But you can see from my map that it shows 12 out of 12 available. There are 12 available it looks like. Before I left the house it was showing 22 of 22 available. I assume this will be fixed soon. The parking garage requires you to get a ticket to enter, but since today is Thanksgiving the exit path is just left open. Not sure how much of a PITA this structure will be during normal business hours. tl;dr -- 24 stalls, 72 kW. Top of parking garage. Opened Nov 26, 2019.

    About 10 stalls maybe, i don't know i didn't count them, ;) ,

The first time i came here i went into the wrong building, (but i did finally go in) the second time i couldn't find the building because it was at night, then the 3rd time finally i got it right, . Yes all the way up , plus you have to pay for parking... o well, but i really like the idea of having a supercharge close from my job just in case I forget to load the car at home.

OH MY GOODNESS!!! Many thanks to the Tesla hierarchy for the new supercharger location near Old Town Pasadena. Just recently we were discussing why there was not a Supercharger in the Pasadena area. The closest to this point was in Glendale. Now there are 23 high output chargers on the roof of the parking structure on the southeast corner of East Colorado and South Arroyo Parkway. 90 minutes of free parking in the structure adjacent to the Paseo Colorado with validation from one of the businesses there offering an array of options for spending the charging time shopping or enjoying the fare at one of a number of restaurants.

Great spot for charging! There's restroom nearby and 90 min Validation when you purchase from stores nearby. Totally recommend!

Most of the toys are for kids just a bit older, so her choices were somewhat limited. They do have a decent number of dinosaur toys, figurines, and accessories, as you might expect from the name "The Dinosaur Farm." However, they offer a wide range of toys, everything from lava lamps to play dough. There's a decent amount of plush animals and educational toys as well. The staff is helpful and friendly, and there's usually parking available on the street."

30 YEARS OF BUSINESS IN PASADENA AND NOT EXTINCT!…read more I was one of those dinosaur kids growing up and I know I would have loved this place if I visited as a kid. Heck, learning of its existence, I love it even now as an adult. Everything is very dinosaur themed and very geared towards both children and the community. They have events that support the community too such as book readings and much more. Make sure to join their email list before checking out. I love that they also have cute dinosaur themed gift wrapping paper too. I think a neat touch that they have is all the dinosaur art that they have on the walls as well as the cute dinosaur trinkets and toys that they have all around. I love the variety of little plastic dinosaur figurines that they have. Probably the most diversity of species that I have seen and in the most sizes too. Some which I have never even heard of, so much more than the stereotypical T-rex and Triceratops that you can find anywhere else. Also, fear not, there are toys and other goods for the other children in your family/party who may not be as dinosaur inclined if that is your worry. I got a really neat Dinosaur Farm t-shirt there (they come in blue and green) and a little figure for my desk. It def more of a toy store geared towards children than a super educational museum store towards geeky adults, but that's fine with me too! As a dino enjoyer, I support all ventures into the prehistoric practice!

It went straight to the trash, and never will I buy pizza from here again. Another time, the pizza stand was completely empty and I saw numerous packaged pizza doughs that looked like they had been out and over proofing for wayy too long! It wasn't refrigerated, and when I asked what happened, they said the burner broke down. If that's the case , you need to refrigerate the dough or hire someone that cares enough to handle food properly there. The cashiers never smile, don't make eye contact, and never greet you. They all look miserable ALL THE TIME! One time a cashier filled up one of my bags with really heavy groceries then told me to put it in the cart. I tried to pick it up and almost got a hernia ,and so I told him it's too heavy and I can't pick it up, and he just ignored me. He didn't try to put it in the cart himself because even he couldn't (it was so heavy). He didn't have the common sense or decency to even try emptying some of it into another bag . He just stood there, said nothing. (I ended up doing that myself) I tried to cut some slack for these guys, and give them the benefit of the doubt, and I've never once been rude to anyone there (even when I felt I had every right) I still kept quiet. However, the consistency of the horrendous customer service skills is disgraceful and disgusting. Where are the managers? Who is on the hiring committee? Why aren't any of these people getting proper training? Where is quality control? It's sad that standards are so low at this location that you treat your long time loyal customers this bad. Truly a shame. If I was a health inspector, I'd be shutting down your pizza center first, then I'd fire every single cashier there and train proper human beings to work with human beings.
