My experience with this establishment has been beyond exceptional…read more During an incident where my car's battery gave out while driving, I decided to get some advice at O'reilly. The employees went out of their way to call a local auto shop to get labor estimates, along with trying to get me the cheapest cost on an alternator. One employee even took the time to escort my car to the local auto shop due to the danger of driving with a dying battery. I cannot commend the shop enough for helping me in this situation. Although the issue has been pinned as a simple dirty connection to my battery, I would have been lost without the guidance of the superb employees of O'reilly!

I really can't say enough good things about this Autozone. We were driving back home from our…read morevacation to the beach, heading back north to Knoxville, TN, and our car started having some major problems in Macon, GA, 4 hours away from home. This was on a Saturday evening so there were no car repair places open. Our car was shuddering something awful and the check engine light was on. My husband called this Autozone and the employee Rico was extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to drive our car over there and have the problem diagnosed. The car had a bad spark plug, a part that was less than $10. We didn't know how to replace it, but Rico said it was an easy job and was able to show my husband how to do it. The car started back up, the check engine light was OFF, and it was purring like a kitten, and we were able to make it back home! So, so thankful for the kindness and competence of employee Rico, and we are also appreciative of the manager Dashayla! Highly recommend this business :)

All I asked for was a system that sounded good and a back up camera. I've got the system (which is ok, at best) and I still haven't gotten my back up camera! They are horrible about returning calls. They will let you pick up your vehicle, with the work incomplete, and promise to call you when your "parts" are in, but they never call! When you go in, they still "have to order it." Sounds like a lie to me! They have been paid in full. My bad. They are dishonest and the do substandard work. Save yourself the headache!!!

As soon as I came in to pick the wheels he was explaining to me why the wheels was messed up before he even brought them out. Wheels come out and there not good at all and instead of resparying them before I even seen the wheels waited to ask me if I wanted them redone. Definitely need some better customer service and a receptionist.

I've dealt with O'Reilly's in general and in this store for a few years. In general, I've found…read moretheir parts and batteries to be as good or better than some other stores, I won't mention battery plus, here, as they're a minus in my book. Nationwide chain that honors what I buy in Georgia anywhere in the country. Most recent experience was my car battery died. I rarely have had a battery just up and die. Usually it gives you the standard warnings of tired, a bit slower cranking and signs the battery is getting weaker. Wouldn't crank Monday. I thought I hadn't driven it enough to fully charge it. When I did get it started I headed to the first choice of O'Reilly's to buy a new battery charger as my old one had just about had it. 10/50 amp charger $58 bucks. I didn't think I'd need it for a while but better to buy one now than be stranded and need one. Fast forward from Monday to Wednesday and the car won't crank again. Took it in again and the battery is bad. Now get this. The battery had a three-year free replacement and the warranty expired on that Sunday. So, Monday buying the charger was one day out of Warranty and today was four. The manager honored the warranty and replaced the battery free of charge. If not, that'd be like a $165 for a new battery. Even installed it for me. So, my faith is good service from this company is confirmed by this act which was up to the manager. While I don't buy a lot of car parts, when I do, I will be returning to this store or the O'Reilly chain in general. All in all, I thought that O'Reilly's automotive as "fair and balanced" when they handled my dead battery problem.
