Over Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend, we were on a road trip from Sonoma County to San Luis Obispo when we got a flat tire. We initially reached out to Tesla Roadside Assistance and AAA, but after waiting for nearly an hour with no help in sight, we were lucky enough to have Highway Patrol stop to check on us. We asked them to dispatch whoever was available, and thankfully, Leyva's Towing arrived within 20 minutes--a lifesaver compared to the long wait times from other services. Our tow truck driver, Manuel, was incredibly kind, helpful, and reassuring. From the moment he arrived, he made sure we felt safe and taken care of, which made all the difference in such a stressful situation. He got us to the tire shop smoothly, and everything went off without a hitch. Another thing I really appreciate is that we never felt overcharged or taken advantage of--which can sometimes happen in situations like this. For the quick response, professionalism, and short-notice service, I truly think the price was more than fair. We've been in similar situations before where we were charged $450-$500, but Leyva's Towing was reasonable and honest, which made an already stressful experience so much easier to deal with. I can't thank Manuel and Leyva's Towing Inc. enough for their quick response, professionalism, and excellent service. They truly saved our holiday weekend! Alfonso showed up in about 15-20 mins just like he said he would and got right to work changing 6 locks. Once he was finished, he handed me 2 sets of new keys conveniently on key rings and I was able to pay with the tap of my card on his phone which was also quick and convenient. Afterwards, my husband was trying to jump a car and Alfonso even helped get the job done there too with the help of his own jumper box that he got from his car! I was forced to use Auto Care Towing after a one-car accident, and the experience was awful from…read morestart to finish. My vehicle was taken to their Watsonville/Royal Oaks yard, and dealing with both the office staff and the tow yard attendant was unnecessarily stressful and hostile. I paid $1,500 to retrieve my vehicle, yet once on site, the yard attendant refused to give me his name, acted aggressively, and attempted to prevent me from leaving with my car after it had already been fully paid for. He became confrontational, behaved in an intimidating manner, and even tried closing the gate while I was inside the yard. I felt genuinely unsafe during this interaction and simply wanted to back my car out while waiting for another tow, but I was still denied access. While dealing with this unprofessional behavior at the yard, I had to call their office again. I needed my car towed to a tire shop and literally had to call their office three times before anyone was finally dispatched. Each time I called, I was told it would "only take about 20 minutes," which was repeatedly not true. It wasn't until that third call, while the situation was actively escalating at the yard, that they finally seemed to take the situation seriously. Once we were finally on the road, the tow truck driver followed behind me. During the drive, I received a call from a random office staff member telling me that I should have paid for the tow before leaving the yard and that my car would not be delivered to the destination until payment was made. This was never communicated beforehand. I pulled over to the side of the road, spoke directly with the tow truck driver, and explained the call I had just received. I asked whether I should pay immediately or upon arrival. He confirmed that paying at the destination was fine and that this was customary. The conflicting information and unnecessary call added yet another layer of stress to an already chaotic experience. The entire interaction was recorded, and I will be sharing the footage with my large local social media following so others are aware of how customers are treated here. Accidents are stressful enough. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding Auto Care Towing if you have any other option.

He claimed that he "tried" to call me and waited outside my place for 10 minutes. I walked outside twice and there was no vehicles parked anywhere! After telling the manager I was going with another company, he told me to cancel that because "they got there first."
