I figured I needed to update this review…read more... They have done a complete overhaul of this station and now my old review no longer applies. This location has been updated with new Superchargers that all run faster, are cleaner, and there are twice as many as there were before. It is now up to standard of all other local Tesla Supercharger locations. It charges at blistering rates and the new hardware is great!! One note... as of 3-20-24 this station showed as "offline" on my cars map. I am not sure why. It was working. '24 - 23/100

One plus is the number of nice restaurants within reasonable walking distance. A Taco Bell is about 250' away. I feel really safe charging here.

Ultra fast Tesla Supercharger. It was charging at 800 mph the last time I was there. Of course it…read moreslows down as it charges. It runs 250kwh max and is consistently charging from 10% to 90% in about 35 mins. I've visited 7-8 times now. I got 90 days free SC with my car purchase. It charges faster than the Supercharger on Park (it's like 150-200 mph 150kwh max) does. Park location is always full and there were 10 cars waiting in line last time I was there. It's been pretty easy to just pull up and plug in here though. I guess MS is a little slow to adopt the EV, much like education, car insurance coverage, and things like, regular dentist visits & various general hygiene opportunities. Bonus!!! Milano's Pizza is across from it and the SC are actually in a Burger King parking lot. There are plenty of other walkable spots to visit as you add the electricity to your ride. Abbay's, Lowe's, Red Hook, just to name a few. Pretty soon the entire world of EV's will be charging here.

We tried going to Starbucks, but without crosswalks and lots of traffic, it was much more difficult than expected. It is nice to have a charger in this area, but plan accordingly for amenities.

They have a buffet and they have a couple of other restaurants that you can buy food from here at this location. I am used to going to casinos in California in Nevada, but not here in Arkansas. I was very impressed at how kind the staff was when we arrived. Everybody was customer service, friendly, and really wanted to make you feel like you were a valued guest. The ladies at the players club were professional about signing us all up because I came with a group. The machines are clean and they aren't sticky, which is a plus at a casino. I also thought that the dealers all looked very professional in they were ready and waiting for customers to sit down for games. There were so many pretty lights in the casino and it really highlighted the gaming floor. They have a hotel here, which is impressive. One of the negative things that I found out about was the bathrooms in the casino. When I walked in, there was a stench and stale smell of old urine. It seems that the cleaning person had just mopped the floor and had used an old mop because it smelled like old stale urine. I was so frustrated about this that, when I got outside of the restroom, I double and tripled wiped my shoes on the casino carpet just to get that smell out of the soles. Overall, this is a nice casino. I just had a couple of issues with not winning and the smelly bathroom floor.

That's my personality, I look for the good. With living in this digital age, checking in is always seamless with all airlines and at this point I've used every carrier. One thing they do not have is the Touch-less TSA which I really appreciate since you just walk up and smile, no ID or boarding pass needed. It's super convenient and fast. MEM doesn't have this perk and TSA still will ask for your ID along with your boarding pass. That's not necessarily bad but I mean come on MEM you have such a beautiful airport. The Lounge is action is small with only Delta providing lounge access. So what does that mean, it's a SMALL airport! Again, not bad but let's get to the good. The Good: The restrooms are seriously the nicest public bathrooms ever. I can't even describe it, book a flight to Memphis! Anyone who I've traveled with has said how great the restrooms are. If Lounge action is too much or you don't have the perk but need to work then they have a business center. A literal workspace for those who love to bring work with them. The Bad: I'm not sure it's bad but the food choices are limited. There isn't even a Golden Arches (McDonalds) in this airport. I'd say eat before you get here unless you have lounge access. The UGLY! None, this is seriously a beautiful airport! I love traveling to Memphis, which will be a home away from home for a least another few months.

I was kind of confused by the change but discovered it was to honor the late founder of FedEx. Unsurprisingly, I was greeted by the humidity and heat as soon as I landed. Since the airport is pretty small, it wasn't hard to get to baggage claim, and my bags came out pretty quickly. The only hiccup was my lack of knowledge of the Fastbreak procedure, particularly at Budget Rent-A-Car services that they have at the airport. If you want to bypass the front desk and go directly to your rental car right away, make sure you enroll in Fastbreak in advance. Also, be aware of the inconsistent Wi-Fi service, have the appropriate documents in hand before pick up of rental, or it could turn into a very frustrating and chaotic experience.
