I have a 2001 BMW 740iL that I am very fond of, Loren has been repairing it for the last twenty (20) years. He even came up with a name for it.... bulletproof. I truly believe if I had been taking my car to another mechanic I would've been told it is beyond repair and should be junked. Among other numerous issues, the car had a leak around the windshield, whenever there was heavy rain, water would pour in on both the driver and passenger side. Thinking it was beyond repair I let it sit for more than six (6) months. Loren also provides maintenance on my 750LI. One day when picking up the 750 I mentioned the issues with the 740, he suggested I bring it in. I was embarrassed because of the mold and mildew that had accumulated over the entire interior of the car. It was terrible like something from a horror movie. An enormous task and after having to dismantle the sunroof, surrounding mold and trim he found where the leak was coming from. Delivering exceptional customer service, he sent me a video of the leak and explained the process to fix it. I want to insert the video, but I don't know how When I picked my car up it did not look the same. He had it detailed inside and out, the mold and mildew was completely gone. Absolutely, I will not take my car to another repair shop or mechanic. The best in town, Advance Auto Repair.
