Its not even smooth surfaces he said they dont do sanding .... i HAVE to retexture my wall myself Fine i get it but the guy who cut holes in our walls 2 yrs ago to instal caneras did a better mudding/fill job than this guy. Ill be going through all camera footage as ive already seen he's hit my wall with our metal ladder too many times to count yesterday and now i get to finish and fix his poor filling job on ALL cut outs in my home MYSELF. Ill post videos if i can when i download them. It was excuse after excuse on MULTIPLE THINGS. Pitiful and yes my husband agrees! I atleast was taught how to use mud fill it and SMOOTH it out . Scott said they only do rough patch no sanding but all other customers are happy with it.... really??? I highly doub it!.... i hope his wife would be happy with this final product in THEIER home if they wer3 just a customer because its not GOOD BUSINESS and now we are telling our neighbors not to use them! Nice guy at 1st til confronted but very very condiscending today and knew he was but so glad i have it on audio from my hall camera. nobody would be happy with this so called fill in the holes and cracks. My husband has severe back problems and dr visits and cant be home 100% of tge time besies im not dumb or new to patchwork as we had to when we sold our old home and yes I A FEMALE DID IT! Needless to say we waited to see if he would do better yesterday or but Today it got worse. This is the "owner" lol thats pitiful and NOT WORTH OVER 1600 when im gonna spend even more to fix it what he shoould have done because noe even holes or screws are fully covered still indents around his cut outs and the filler isnt smooth at all and then texture it again myselfi can do that!! Very very disappointed!!!!.... im glad i have cameras in and outside my home GARAGE INCLUDED These pictures are from the 3 total visits hes made and WE WILL NOT ALLOW A 4TH!!!....sure things work but I mean for 1600 plus no i should not have to do this bull myself. If my husbands back wasn't so messed up and dr appointments and physical therapy and chiropractor he'd be here the whole time every time. I do have a few pictures as well text message wise to show other inconsistent information. His "clean-up " is a joke he got mud all over the picture I has specifically made by an artist of our deceased cat for my husband and the only thing that looks good is my daughters chandelier in her room but we found mud on it too now. Its poor service on the tail end and im WAITING on the desk faceplate that will hopefully be given to me as its already paid for as we paid Scott in full now. Yup gotta wait for drake customer service and blah blah blah. Look we all have real life problems but there are so many in consistency with what he said yesterday and today . I see why only 17 reviews and very little reviews elsewhere now. Its ridiculous! Scott set the price added on more fine I get that BUT if I knew my walls and all the holes would look like this when finished ummmmmm no. There's no way other people can be happy with this type of "rough patchwork " id like to see those pics. So if you have a simple project they might be ok if its more than a light then PAY THE EXTRA $$$ . I really dont care what his responses are as i have proof of poor execution and im not a young dumb woman or anything. I was an army brat im not incapable of doing things. A blind person could have done this patchwork better than he did! No i dont want Scott back in my home EVER. I feel sorry for people who hire him and HOPE they see this and my pictures! Good luck everyone just pay the extra $!!! highly highly do NOT recomend ! I'll add more pictures today!

Their first available appointment was a week out, probably because they are the ONLY electricians that actually answer the phone or return phone calls. Two gentlemen came out to my house and spent an hour or so checking each point in the current until they were able to identify the issue and fixed it quickly once located. All in all came out to about $100/HR. Both electricians were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and honest. I would use them again for sure.

WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SCOTT WOODDELL OR SUPERIOR OUTDOOR STRUCTURES…read more I'm posting this to warn others about the absolutely disgusting and dangerous experience my family had with Scott Wooddell, the man who sold us a Stor-Mor building and owns Superior Outdoor Structures. After we reached out to him for clarification about where our 200amp breaker was located, why anchoring wasn't included in the delivery (something we never agreed to), and to gather general information about the install--Scott and his wife immediately became angry, rude, and said it wasn't their problem. We've spent over $25,000 with them and just wanted basic answers. Because of how aggressive they were, we told them we wanted to cancel the order and get a refund, as our contract clearly states we have three days to cancel for a full refund. That's when things escalated. Scott Wooddell threatened to physically harm us, told us he'd "go to jail again" over it, and made racist, hateful comments--including calling me a "n***er lover." When my husband calmly asked again for a refund, Scott said, "I don't care what you say, you're not getting refunded anything." And now, because he knows exactly what he's done--he has already blocked both me and my husband on Facebook. I've attached a screen recording showing proof of this. We're filing a police report for the threats made against our family and reporting him to the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, and every consumer protection agency we can find. Please be careful. If you're thinking about doing business with Superior Outdoor Structures or Scott Wooddell--DON'T. This man is dangerous, unprofessional, and should not be allowed to treat anyone like this.

The reason for finding a different salon is the lack of customer service. They ask on their website when booking to be courteous and let them know if you can't keep an appointment. However, they don't extend the same courtesy. I called to make an appointment for July 4 at 12:30. I talked to someone and he repeated my appointment to me. I received a confirmation. They never contacted to let me know that they would be closed on that day instead. I drove from out of town (over 45 minutes). I left a voicemail asking them to call me the next morning to reschedule and they never called.

My dog recently completed her second obedience course at Karma K9, staying approximately four weeks…read morefor off-leash training. To be fair, after her first course, we did not consistently reinforce the training at home, and she lost some of what she had learned. That was our responsibility. I did see a difference in her after this course, and I'm grateful that she has that foundation back. They demonstrated commands such as "heel," "let's go," and "place," along with training markers. She responded really well in the controlled training environment. Out and about, however, she has difficulty following those same commands when there are distractions. We will continue working with her to build that consistency. My main concern is communication and follow-through. We did not receive any training videos during her stay. When I called to check on her, it was sometimes difficult to reach someone, and responses could take a while. Regular updates would have helped while she was away. We received a seven-page follow-up guide outlining commands, but without videos showing how our dog was trained, it has been difficult to put those written instructions into practice with her at home. Videos of the trainer working with her would have made the guide much more useful. We were also supposed to have follow-up sessions, but those have not been scheduled. I now have to call to get them arranged, especially since we need help carrying the training over into everyday situations. Owners should also know that the dogs sleep in crates at night. If your dog is not accustomed to that, ask about the sleeping arrangements before booking. Overall, I appreciate the foundation she regained, but better communication, training videos, and follow-through on the follow-up sessions would improve the experience.

The other I had to wait about 20 minutes for (Juliana's Special Standard) as they were very behind on everyone's orders. It looked nothing like the picture and very rushed. I took it anyways and didn't hassle for a refund but I wish I did as I ended up basically reconstructing the whole bouquet myself to make it look presentable and not like a grocery store purchase. Both of the bouquets were also missing the bows and butterfly's shown in the picture I requested them to make from their website. I understand it's a busy holiday, but when I pay this amount of money and it's the most requested holiday for flowers out of the whole year.. you should be more prepared. I'm very disappointed, I wish I would've asked for a discount or a refund for the second bouquet it was terrible quality.
