They put the window in in less than a half hour and they had the best price because I checked around with two other installers. I'm going to give them a pass on the swag because this is not a restaurant review. I give them 10 points there did what they quoted me for and the window is good quality. We called Randy and he said he'll fix it. We called when we were on the road. When we arrived at St. Marys, GA, we called him and we arranged for the where and when to get the job done. He met us outside the gate and fixed it. It was fast and professionally done. He was courteous and definitely knew his stuff. Also, he cleaned the headlights and showed us how to do it with fine sand paper and water. Night and day. If you want your windows done right, you treat him right, he'll treat you right.

It is incomprehensible to me that he works with glass and doesn't have the necessary tools to clean up the glass. Randy left glass all over my house (inside and out) when they left after the first day with the expectation that my wife would clean it up. There is extensive damage to the outside of my house and the windows are not sealed properly. When questioned he downplayed the poor work and mentioned he could fix it. I believe he lied to me about the work he was doing and is not prepared to replace the glass in house windows. Look elsewhere. Randy may be cheaper but the rework necessary will cost more in the end.
