But my disappointment turned to satisfaction after I explained what I wanted to the young lady who works there. She found several examples of my item in a catalogue, explained the differences between them, got on the phone and called vendors until she found it. It's ordered and on the way, and it's EXACTLY what I had in mind. If I'd gone into one of those big stores I'd probably have compromised, bought the best that they had in stock, and not been happy in the long run.

Ended up having battery issues very quickly after bringing it home (within the first two weeks) and they were nice enough to take it in and try and fix the battery that was having issue. But then it started happening again and again and they "fixed" it a second time, then the third time we were told that a lot of the batteries from that time period were recalled, however they wouldn't take the golf cart back. They offered to try and resell it for us at their store and it sat there for around six months and they never reposted it on Facebook and seemed to put no effort in to reselling it, and they never offered to buy it back or refund us even though it was not in good working condition as originally advertised, and we likely got 5 hours of total use out of it. A 4k purchase down the drain. So now we had to replace all of the batteries ourselves and spend another grand on it. Be wary of purchasing used golf carts from there because there is no warranty even if it stops working right after bringing it home.

But today I needed a wash with no wax, so I got the $9 wash. What a waste of money. The wash was over so quick my truck was only half clean. I had to go home and rewash it. So, lesson learned. You get what you pay for. I'll stick with the $14 wash from now on. A clean car is a happy car!

Also, I used Mister car wash twice, and it didn't remove the bird poo, but the first time I used Super Suds $9 wash, it did! Then, today, I get the Best Wash for $14, and it leaves some bird poo...?!! So, I pay triple for the best, which was way better than Mister, when I paid $9, and now it doesn't clean as well!? Super Suds, do better; and I'd like another $14 wash to actually clean my SUV, please and thank you.

They do very strict inspections and they are on point when it comes to every little state requirement. They won't send you out the door with an unsafe vehicle. If your vehicle isn't up to the exact standard for state vehicle inspection, they will not let you go unsafe. They will be sure to tell you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle, no matter how minor the detail, and tell you where to go to have it corrected. So, they are nice guys. Very honest and friendly, and helpful yes. And, most importantly, they will not pass your vehicle if it is unsafe.
