We went inside to buy $50 of gas and a RedBull. They charged us $250, and argued that we agreed to that amount. That was four days ago, and we are STILL waiting for the money to be deposited back into our bank. On our way out, two employees approached us to agree that the place was a joke, run by a bunch of people who don't care. I will NEVER visit or utilize an Agua Caliente establishment!!

The entire job was done with no damage or scratches to my coach inside or out....and trust me, the refrigerator weighs about 220lbs and they have about 1 or 2 inches clearance max. It's a tough job!! Greg was great! I had called Jackie several times prior to scheduling my service because I was having the cooling unit drop-shipped to Benlo and I wanted to be sure there were no problems or issues (since I live about 140 miles away). Jackie was pleasant to deal with on the phone, knowledgeable, and took great care of me and at a price that was much lower than anyone closer to home. She's wonderful to deal with in person, too! My only regret is that Benlo is 140 miles away.... I wish it was much closer so I could make it my 'go to' RV repair place!! Make an appointment today and you won't be disappointed.

I was very clear that we had a car that was in need of being jumped and they sold me a pair of cables. I am so disappoint that someone could be so casual about such a dangerous situation they are responsible for. Plus I never got a refund.

When I went to pick it up he had great news for me, it was only 2 capacitors that had gone bad. He could have sold me a new AC and I would have never doubted it, but his honesty in only replacing the capacitors was so impressive that he definitely has all my future business. When I arrived, the battery was already on the counter waiting for me. It was represented as new and looked new, so I reasonably assumed it was fresh and did not test it before installing it. After installation, my Jeep developed serious electrical problems and became undrivable. Once I started troubleshooting, the battery measured only 10.50 volts while installed and 11.00 volts after I removed it. The battery I had replaced was still holding 12.50 volts. I had to have my Jeep towed to the dealership, where I ended up paying over $300 in repair fees to get it back to normal. I was also left without a vehicle for almost a week. When I returned the battery, the person behind the counter couldn't even determine how old the battery was. That's extremely concerning for a battery that was sold to me as new. To be fair, I did receive a refund for the battery, but that doesn't change the fact that I was left dealing with the inconvenience, towing, dealership costs, and being without my vehicle for nearly a week. Very frustrating experience from start to finish. I expected much better from Interstate Batteries and will not be purchasing another battery from this location.

I've done business with this location a couple times, and they are really great at what they do when it comes to laying out all the facts, details and expectations. Sales are not your typical high pressure when it comes to their approach . The approach is a nice and subtle experience . I am thankful for that because it allows for you to really soak in the vehicle you may buy and also go home and ponder on all the great details and options they provide you . I had a few hiccups aftermath, but like a lot of things, when buying a product , a product with a lot of beautiful features and amazing as a Mercedes vehicle , you can't retain it all after one time . I've had the pleasure of working with Cody , Tim and Audrey back late November 2025 . Some service issues arose with one of the vehicles and Ivan the service manager made up for it and really made me a happy customer . Along with that came time to service my older Mercedes which I purchased at another location. I found out my service plan had expired and I was highly frustrated as I was not aware of such rule. Mark the GM , although not his issue took it on and made it better for me . I'm proud to have chosen my local Mercedes dealer as the place to give my business to because they have gone above and beyond even with issues that did not originate with this location . Overall that speaks volumes because they are representing the brand very well and they deserve all the business they can get . See you soon for my next purchase !!
