Today I called them and asked to be removed from their mailing list, as I don't know when I'll return to Palm Springs, and for ecological reasons, I don't want these mailings. The gentleman I spoke to told me that the only way I can do this is to request in person, showing my ID. So basically, the answer is no, I can't stop these mailings. I can understand not being able to delete my players account without personally presenting my ID, but it doesn't make sense to me that the only way to stop these mailings is requesting in person. It's as simple as them looking at my account and seeing that I've never returned since my first time, and I live far away. I guess this is an example of why not to sign up for casino reward programs that you may not visit again. It's not worth the hassle.

Just walking by, give or take 10 tables the most. There's a massive sports station to the end of the casinos. I think there's only one restaurant which was the one we wanted to check out. Saw something about the mimosas special which was the reason for the checking out. Menu looked quite nice which is also a plus. It's reasonable price too. The casino was decent. Mainly slot machines which looked pretty new and decent. I honestly think this place tends to caters to locals and the usual holiday makers who happened to drive by. Having an In & Out Burger line of cars right in front of the only EVGo chargers, that are worth…read moreanything ( 350 kWh and 100 kWh ) WAS an asinine thing to do on EVGo's part. As you charge your car.. there is a steady stream of in&out burger customers just INCHES in front of your car ! I don't like the fact that I have to worry about whether the nose of my car is going to get hit. Also ... there is more than one grouping of EVGo chargers in the Rancho Las Palmas Shopping Center parking lot ... HOWEVER.... Most of the chargers are down for maintenance .... So now .... Before I get out in this 111 Degree heat ... I call EVGo customer service directly to find out what's working and what's not.... A very stressful and time consuming process :-/
